If I could give a zero I would! They sent me knock off boots that do not look like the ones advertised in anyway! I've emailed them pictures they sent a couple of email back and forth. I then got a email saying my case was closed!
With all the the complaints and these are serious complaints. They are scamming people it's all over the Internet why haven't they been shut down and fined!!??

The hand held weed whacker is a bunch of crap!!! Fell apart when I tried to use it. Then the company committed consumer fraud when they tried to put another charge on my credit card. Thank God Citibank caught it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

This company is a scam! They tried to take the exact same amount of money out my bank 4 times through 4 different companies. Luckily I have a bank that don’t trust anybody and they didn’t get my money.

My bank is going after them on fraud charges. Do not order from this scam company

This is a scam company. To make a long story short, after numerous unauthorized charges to my card, I reported this activity to my bank. They flagged the charges as fraulent, credited my account, then canceled the current card as compromised and sent a new one.

Ordered an item, one day free shipping. It took over a week plus they charged me an extra $10 for expedited shipping. Just recently got two new charges from their Bank Plus another location for the same amount also affiliated with them for a bogus purchase. Credit card was canceled because of it. Do not use this company!

I, too, wish I would have checked reviews before trying to place an order. Today, I placed an order using my VISA debit . . . but my order was not completed because my bank declined two attempted transactions in just a couple minutes because the bank flagged the transactions because of a history of fraud and additional unauthorized and recurring charges. I've cancelled my VISA and, as other reviews mention, I'll have to update my payment methods on auto pay account when I get my new card. So, I am not out any money. Also, the attempted bank transactions were were not made under the Belro name, they were made under Kelvo Shop and Maren Online and we're for almost $10 more that the "final" amount due on the Belro order. I called Belro (they say they answer phones 24 hours a day). Phone answered and put on hold in call queue. After couple minutes it said I was first in queue and would be answered shortly. Couple more minutes was sent to voicemail and voicemail was full. Then the call ended. The jacket is still sitting in the cart online. Belro has a Better Business Bureau rating of "F".

I wish I had researched this company before I placed an order!! I declined the Ultimate Protection Plan for $9.99, but was charged anyway. I emailed the company and they assured me it would be refunded...it was not. I ordered a light for $39.99 because they offered free shipping. I was charged $49.96. Shipping was supposed to be within a day or two, but once I submitted my order the next screen said that due to the "tariffs", shipping would be delayed. (I waited 2 weeks.) This was during the second week of June, long after the tariffs had been cancelled. (BTW..The light was made in China.) I should have just gone to my local big box store. The light was about the same price there and I could have avoided this awful company. I couldn't use my credit card that expired in September (3 months away) because the expiration date was TOO SOON. Credit cards are not the same as PASSPORTS!! Another red flag...They only accept Visa and Mastercard, not American Express or PayPal. I had charges from ROVADEALS.COM and ZAPOSTORE.COM, which took me awhile to figure out...because I did no business with either of these companies. I went directly to Belro.com. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The awful saga continues!! Now I understand why the company refused to accept PayPal and a credit card that was going to expire in 3 months. When I opened my credit card statement I had (5) five debits amounting to $199 from ZAPOSTORE.COM and LUVODEALS.COM.
I jumped through the hoops and called the numbers on the transactions. The numbers were not accepting calls. I emailed the companies and they both bounced back as "failed mail". I then contacted my bank's fraud department to dispute the charges. They immediately cancelled my card and were able to refund the $199.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE!

I tried to order a pair of shoes. They offered a membership I tried to decline. Each time I clicked deny, they tried to charge my credit card again until it was blocked by the bank. They didn't ship the item for a long time, so I canceled the order. They refunded me, but then multiple attempts were made to charge my credit card again. A second card was thankfully blocked by the bank. I got tired of getting these new credit cards in the mail and managing all claims, cancelling all these transactions... STAY AWAY!!!

You cant trust anything they advertise
The shipping is desastress they promess next day deliver but it takes 8 to 10 days
You cant even cancell because tjey claim its in transit.

Don't buy from this company! I bought a "potable air conditioner", which was a weak fan with an icepack, which was fine, it happens. But then I was charged $39 95 for a membership fee that I didn't authorize, and then after, I had them refund it, it came up again, plus another charge for $34.95 from another company with a different name, but I know it's from this company. I had to call my bank to dispute the charges, and to prevent this from happening again, I had to cancel my debit card account, and get a new one, which is going to be a hassle updating all the payment accounts I had with it. I should have read the reviews first. This is despicable how they are scamming people!

I am not going into all the problems i have had with this company. if your on this page then you already know they are a SCAM. all i want is my money back from them. they overcharge. they add in more charges like priority shipping which i did not want. they hung up on me 3 times today. SCAMMMMMM

Ordered a chair cover for $29.98 but was charged 3 different invoices

I ordered swim googles and what a mistake! Advertised next day delivery, received googles about 3 weeks later. They are a piece of junk! They leak like there is no seal. Then 2 weeks later, I was charged for another set but quickly cancelled with my credit card company. I was charged for a warranty that I didn't ask for and not even sure what it was for. I cancelled that charge too! This is no way to do business!!!!

If I could leave a "zero star rating" I would. Worst online shopping on the planet. Ordered two items (junk at best) and received THREE charges to my credit card. Customer service says we don't have any order for third item that matches your email address. No kidding-I never ordered a third item. No refund issued. I will see them in court. They barked up the wrong tree.

SCAM COMPANY!!!! During my order attempt their online order page shows order didn't go through tried another card, and another. I gave up the order didn't go through.
Immediately I get 2 fraud warnings from 2 cards saying they tried to charge 6 TIMES WITH 3 DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES!! Both they cancel.
In an email they tell me don't worry they are "gateway names"
WHAT COMPANY USES "GATEWAY NAMES" ???
9 days later don't know if refund is complete. They hung up on me when I called.

Fraudulent company! I wanted to buy the tape lift but was scammed instead. I reported them to better business bureau. They automatically charged me $9.99 for express shipping even though i declined that option. I called several times to cancel the charge and the order about 3 minutes after the order automatically went through and they gave me the run around and then blocked me from calling when I asked to speak to a manager. Please don’t buy or give your account information to this fraudsters.

I ordered one of those Aluminum 7 Days portable Pill Container from Belro on 6/18 via a link from a YouTube video. I’ve done this multiple times before with no issues. However, as soon as I ordered I got two separate emails, one from “Torinshop” for the item plus shipping/tax (totaling about $34), and the other one was a “secondary email” from Rilkoshop for $9.99 Ultimate Protection Lifetime Warranty + Shipping Protection which I thought was the shipping ha ha. But still it was weird they were charging me for the item and shipping separately, instead of in one transaction. I received two separate emails - one from each - with an update on my order until it was delivered. Then realized even though they’re in North Carolina, it was shipped from China, and if you’ve been burned by that before, you’ll know what that means, so second red flag. Luckily it was fast shipping for me (probably because of the $9.99 but wishful thinking) and received the item on 6/24. But then on 7/7, Torinshop tried to charge me for $39.99 which was declined by my bank. Well it wasn’t me and they already charged me twice for an item I’ve already received so there was no reason to charge me again for $39.99. So I flagged it, but now that means my account’s restricted until I receive a replacement debit card. It’s a shame because I love the product, but I’m not going to buy anything from them in the future if they plan to charge me twice for one transaction, and illegally use my card afterwards.
