everything is wrong with this company, from a to z. there products are of a lesser quality then what you think you are going to get, And then try to a refund, forget it, you may get a keep 50% refund and keep the item, but with my return that did not happen as pre there email to me.

Ordered solar agave metal for outside in June and checkout they charged me the warranty amount of $9.99 which I called about and disputed. They "supposedly" took it off of the bill but turns out it was still on and so was the charge for the item. After numerous emails about getting the product was told excuse after excuse after excuse and then they were going to offer a 25% refund and have it expedited to ship to me. Next thing I get an email saying the item was cancelled but no refund on credit card that I already paid for including the warranty charges! FRAUDULENT company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from them EVER!!!

Tooted item as made in United States. Being brought from out of the states, ordered June 24. Supposedly to arrive July 8. Try to add warranty charge. Had that withdrawn. If and when I receive said product will not being doing any future business with them. They shouldn’t even be allow to do business here in the states.

Avoid this scam. Totally fraudulent business.Attempted to charge multiple times for 1 order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The pictures and reviews online for a bath mat were completely false. I received a very small, maybe 1 X 1 1/2 kind of a bearskin rug type material with a net backing. Not at all what the pictures show. In addition, when I went to check out, a charge of $9.99 "warranty" was added that I never wanted and I had to email several times to get it taken off. I have heard from the company (as I want to return the "rug"), but when I refused a 35% refund and 50 % off my next order, I have not heard back.

I placed an order for a portable air conditioner . They took an extra $9.99 out of my account , which I did not authorize. I called customer service and the person whom I spoke to was very ignorant and nasty on the phone . I requested my full refund and I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from this company . I would give it a 0 rating . Also I cancelled my order , but they kept giving me the run around . I had to call my bank to dispute it. The worst company I’ve ever seen.

Terrible company. Ordered a lamp and declined the 9.99 protection plan. It was added automatically. Then the charge showed up internationally from Poland. Not what I expected. The total price was not what I agreed to. Do not use this company.

This company sent the wrong size shoes. The website states free full refund the charge you 15% restocking fee for something they did wrong plus you have to pay for the return $22. When it clearly states full refund and free return on the website. The cusumer sevice guy was rude and hung up on me.

In June I ordered a small razor. They kept trying to submit more charges from Lotz Poland. I was notified by BOA. Resolved. Now another charge from Lotz Poland for $39.99 is pending. This is a fraudulent company. I must wait until if has cleared. I see several complaints and they all appear to be in June.!!

Wasn't allow to give no stars, shoes worst than Walmart's cheapest one & 2 $9.99 charges for something, we can't get rid of them & a 3rd charge Visa rejected, thankfully!! Run as far away from Belro as you can!!

I ordered from this company the first time which I thought I would give them a try. I ordered a size 10 and they sent me a pair of slippers 3-4 size. I've had to call them three or four times to let them know that they sent me the wrong size and they will not replace the slippers at a full 100% coverage. I have to pay for postage and then 50% they'll reimburse me when it was their error. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BAD. BAD. BAD

I have reported you as a scammer/fraudulent merchant. The credit card company is blocking you from further transactions. You made unauthorized charges to my credit card account. You overcharged for the original purchase. You also added an additional unauthorized transaction. In addition, I am putting you on blast for this fraudulent activity.

Horrible was trying to purchase men shoes. Kept stating not valid credit card.....Here up to 6 times used my valid credit to un legal charge my card. Fishing with my card. Reported to Chase Fraud Dept. Belro
Highly untrustworthy company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a $30 item. They sent the wrong item and made it very difficult to return. Then they made me pay the $8 shipping cost to return it to them.

Terrible company and terrible product. Do not buy from them. Product arrived bent and mangled. Was promised a 50% refund, and has never shown up. Customer service reps hang up on you rather than trying to resolve the situation. Fraudulent company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! On May 17 I ordered a hydrotherapy foot spa with wheels and drain hose as a gift which I needed by June 1st. I was assured it would be shipped from North Carolina in just a couple of days. It took 19 days to get here because it was shipped from China and it arrived in very flimsy packaging and it was coming apart. It was not even the product I ordered. This was a very cheap substitute. I contacted the company and told them I wanted a full refund and a prepaid shipping label to return this piece of junk. They offered me 35% of what I paid and said I could keep it. I said I want a full refund because this item is useless. I was then told it was my responsibility to pay to have it returned. They insisted on a picture of the item I received, which I sent. It is now the end of June and they said I would get a refund but it could take up to 10 days to process and I could keep the item I received. My credit cared was compromised just two days after ordering so I had to cancel the card. I have informed them to mail me a check or money order. I was then informed that they could not refund any funds unless it was to be sent to the original credit card account from which the item was paid.
I have contacted the Attorney General in North Carolina about this company as well as congressman and attorney. This company goes by the name Torrinshop and Belro.

DO NOT BUY FROM this company. They have HIDDEN subscription enrolements to various companies under the gise of Vanta Commerce LLC. (Belro & Zivomedical) These 2 fraudulent charges of $34.95 each for 2 weeks in a row caused me great problems. My bank alerted me. I had to research who they are because I did not make any purchases. VANTA COMMERCE LLC can be reached at 1-850-403-3534. If you get a nice person, they will reverse the charge. BUT, they are very rude and abrupt. Vanta is the fraudster. All unauthorized charges are generated from them under different company names.

Website is difficult to use; mistakenly placed a duplicate order for sandals. Phoned them; cancelled the duplicate- but it arrived anyway.
Sandals are of VERY poor quality - am attempting to return, but am not very confident of this process either.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this vendor.

Purchased a hand held vacuum took 3wks before I got charged it up and it didn't work, upon contacting them they wanted a vidieo of the vac not working and instead of sending me a replacement in which I purchased a 9.99 protection plan they gave me the run around and only refunded 24.99 of the 34.99 I paid,kept the 9.99 and tried to charge my card for another 45.00 dollars for a membership fee in which I declined at purchase. These people are CROOKS ! BEWARE! SCAMM ARTISTS !

If I could give this Company a negative rating I would. Besides efforts on declined purchase attempts being made over 15 times since bank declined and then terribly rude customer service. Beware and better luck to anyone having to attempt to contact them.
