Great products! IT was my 3rd Order and everything's well!

I made a purchase for £160 and was quoted 1-3 days delivery for £8.50 ( it was actually £9.60 delivery but hey ho ), 4 days later I received an email thanking me for my patience and telling me all of the packing staff are working hard to get orders out, no apology for the delay and no estimated delivery date, I emailed to ask when I could expect my order as I needed it for a job and the reply I received told me that they had cancelled my order as they could not guarantee dispatch in the next 2 days! I did not ask them to do this, I cannot give an honest review as to the quality of their products as they have sent me nothing and now cancelled my order altogether, I can give an honest review of the business and that is 'don't believe the website, don't be in a hurry for your order or good manners, don't expect decent customer relations, expect excuses and no answers'

Beautiful extrusions and parts, very well packaged, everything arrived in great condition. Parts are well made, everything fits. There is even an extra connector in case the Festool part isn't long enough. Shipping is pricey but arrived from UK to USA in 3 days.

Really quick delivery and a great product

This fence is very nice. It came well packaged, was easy to setup and use, and the shipping was pretty fast(5 days all the way to LA).

The dual scale is wonderful. The imperial markings are quite legible and easy to setup to 32nds. The metric looks just as good. Installed with the right side support on my 5 foot mft table it has 2 inches of overhang either side. Length calibration is quick and dead on using just a 1x2x3 setup block between the under-rail support and the right-side support fence. And I'd say going with the regular fence dogs like I have is good enough in most circumstances. The dogholes in the table where a fence is likely to attach probably don't get used as often so may be in good condition. The fence mounts very solidly.

I'm not certain why but on my table I had to use a straight 20mm tube as the under-rail support in order to get exact right angles which seemed odd. Yet having done that I'm able to get within 1/50th of an inch after a 15 inch long 5-cut check for square on either side of the rail.

The fence makes repetitive cuts a dream. The two stops they provide can be used on either fence so you're able to make quick work of a sheet of plywood and come out with perfectly matched pieces. The fence with stops is definitely the way to go.

Product quality is at the expected level.
Shipping and tax costs are not announced properly and big surprise occur. Benchdog should give you a fair estimate of these costs before to finalise the order.

Exactly what I expected. Arrived on time, in good condition and assembly was reasonably straight forward. Verified cut quality and all is square. Would have been nice if product description stated the need to purchase additional necessary hardware for mounting to extrusion, but still 5 stars/thumbs up. Great quality, definitely worth the price.

Received my order from the UK to the States in an amazing short time. Packaging was extremely nice and the quality of what I got was very good quality as well! Currently making my own MFT so haven’t got it all together as of now. Although I live in the States I found Peter Millard’s 10 minute workshop videos and Bench Dog came highly recommended. So glad I found BD and will be doing more business in the near future.

Thanks to Benchdog for the "clip kit" upgrade and drawing which my local machine shop appreciated. There were however only 2 of the 4 needed screws in the kit for the install so had to outsource two additional screws. Once installed the guide is exactly 90 degrees so mission accomplished.

I have both BD and TSO Guide Rail Squares and find I always reach for the TSO. I find the twist knobs on the BD difficult to use and the new Clasp not nearly as good as the TSO. I can’t say how consistently accurate the BD square is because I rarely use it.
