2011 das erste mal Wasserproblem. 2018 beitritt bei Mieterverein. 2022 das zweite mal wasserproblem.mieterverein wollte nicht helfen weil das problem schon 2011 auftrat.also vor mein beitritt(2018).... Voir plus

Horrible horrible horrible - stay away!!
I think this service is an absolute disaster. I sincerely believe that they should be shutdown for such poor, horrible service. They take your money then will do the absolute minimum if you ask for help. Most requests you have for them is never completed or answered. Just look at all the other reviews! I don't understand how the people who work at this place are not ashamed of how much they fail at their mission. I have had nothing but miserable experiences with the BMV and cannot even cancel my membership without even more pain and suffering. I think this is one of the worst services in all of Germany and I hope they stop operating soon because they seem to only make problems worse, not better, as is evident by most of the negative reviews written about them. My personal recommendation - stay away and never, ever sign up. Ever.

2018 beitritt bei Mieterverein.
2022 das zweite mal wasserproblem.mieterverein wollte nicht helfen weil das problem schon 2011 auftrat.also vor mein beitritt(2018).Gekündigung am 15.02.2022.kündigungs bestätigung zum 31.12.2022.fünf Jahre eingezahlt aber nichts erreicht.für mich definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

The worst housing legal advice I ever had.
I have searched for the Housing Association because I had a problem with my landlord my neighbour suggested berliner-mieterverein.de, however, the association itself proved to be a much bigger problem. In two years the communication was as bad it could get, no English language was spoken, the caseworker Assessorin i.V.V. claimed the documents were lost every time even they were recorded delivery postage, each time I emailed photos of the damages files were apparently not opening or some info missing.
After that point, they just ignored me and instead they contact my neighbour and said they could not understand my emails.
They managed not to send a single letter to our landlord however we had to pay the membership for two years, every review I have made on Twitter and Facebook they immediately blocked me.
I am finding it difficult to cancel the membership renewal and I cannot cancel the direct debit from my bank, may I need to ask a lawyer and perhaps report to Ombudsman to check this company.
If you have problems go to a real lawyer it will be cheaper and more effective. It is a complete scam.
