Best Rate Removals & Storage Avis

Great value, fast efficient friendly. Use these guys!

I've used Best Rate for a second time. The team was professional and took great care of my belongings

The service was speedy and with lot of care for the items.

The removal guys were very quick and helpful. Polite and friendly and did a great job.
They were very late to arrive but they kept me informed on their arrival time which was good communication .

From dealing with the office team to organise the move, to George and Victor absolutely smashing the job on the day, Best rate have been amazing. Great value and great service. Would use time and time again!

What an amazing service. Very clear quotes. Very polite. The people sent to deliver the move were incredibly polite, patient, very quick. An absolute pleasure to deal with

I highly recommend best rate removals, who moved our stuff from West London to the countryside. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and the moving team were just great - they took pride in keeping our belongings safe and protected, everything was securely wrapped and the guys were super friendly and funny. I would use this company again for sure.

Professional, quick service. Great communication throughout the booking and the guys on the day (although they were a little late due to traffic) were efficient and polite. It was also truly the best rate we could find.

I had a great experience with Best rate removals, the guys were very efficient, the items were relocated without any damage and the company was easy to talk to and very responsive by email throughout.
The only area they could improve on is communicating how best to prepare for the move, not their fault though as I didn't ask either.

I'm glad I chose this company for my move. Fair pricing and a professional team. Made moving a smooth experience.

High praise for the two people who did our move. They were excellent! Professional and kind and friendly and efficient. Would recommend Best Rate Removals. Excellent value.

I fully recommend Best RAte Removals, This move was difficult as i was moving out of my home because of domestic violence, my soon to be ex husband was not happy so he got aggressive with the removal guys to a point where he laid his hands one of them , he was tried his best to intimidate them to a point where the police had to be called. The removal men were very patient, understanding and did what they had to do on a professional level, everything was safely and securely put in the van fragile stuff were also protected well

Really good service, very thorough and professional, no damage at all and the team were very helpful throughout packing and removals process.

Second successful move with Best Rate - highly recommended.

Very well organised packing into the van. Nice chaps too.
Polite phone service too.

Team was very helpful moving out from my old flat, all arrived secured, without a scratch. I recommend.

Fantastic experience with Best Rate removals- best price, very helpful, careful with our furniture, prompt and responsive. Thank you!

Professional team that helped to contribute to my peace of mind, moving is stressing, not here, nice guys very polite and concern by your stuff integrity, exceptional rate. All is in their name, Best, it is not marketing, it is just true.

It was the best price out of the quotes I inquired, and the services were offered as agreed, with clear instructions and great transparency. We were very satisfied with the entire process from assessment to quote to execution. The crew responsible for packing and moving was professional and transparent in the communication about what worked well and what might need a revision.
