Best Rate Removals & Storage Avis

Absolutely a wonderful team of service men. Strong and very mindfulness each job/task at hand. The team and I worked together with no issues what so ever over a period of 2 days.

They are all very kind,.thoughtful, patient and practice thinkers.

I was anxious at first but was able to relax and the floor was done to perfection.

Great solutions for their storage of items during transport and due care and attention taken when moving the packed items. I couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect hand off with all items restored/connected in the new home. They made the move stress free,.and without a doubt exceeded any high expectation I had.

If I have any job that requires assistance as such, or any job related to needing help with tasks at home,.I will be sure to give them a call.

I have already utilised them for a job since for new white goods and they again surpassed my expectations in the help offered.

Would definitely recommend Best Rate Removals.

Used Best Rate Removals and was very happy with the service. The guys turned up on time, worked fast and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was handled properly and nothing was damaged. They were easy to communicate with and made the whole process straightforward. Definitely a solid removals company and I’d happily use them again.

I cannot thank the team at Neliyan enough for their outstanding service! From start to finish, the entire move was seamless, efficient, and completely stress-free. The crew arrived right on time and handled all of my belongings with the utmost care and attention. Not a single item was damaged.

Their professionalism, positive attitude, and fantastic work ethic made what is usually a stressful process feel entirely effortless. I couldn't have asked for a better removal service. Highly recommended—you can trust them completely!

I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals. The team did an excellent job from start to finish. They handled and transported all of our belongings with great care, and everything arrived safely without any damage or breakages.
What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. I specifically asked them to be extremely careful around the freshly painted walls, and they respected this request throughout the move. Not a single wall was scratched or marked.
The team was efficient, courteous, and took great care of both our possessions and our home. Their service exceeded our expectations, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I like their service very much. They are very professional and very friendly with best price.

I will give them full mark

The experience with Best Rate was fantastic. The team were extremely supportive and went out of their way to make the move more comfortable for us. I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals as they provide exceptional services and handle moving with a lot of care!

I had a fantastic experience with this removal company! The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Moving can be so stressful, but they completely took the pressure off. What impressed me most was how carefully they handled everything—they truly looked after my property and treated my belongings as if they were their own. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move!

Struggling to think of a service I’ve been more happy with in the last 5 years.
An exceptional bunch of guys helped us move our 4 bedrooms, furniture, tables, beds, etc etc. Super hard workers and genuinely good people. I don’t usually write reviews but feel compelled to sing your praises. It’s no wonder I found your business using AI - just objectively excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

very professional. Didn’t have to do anything as they pack up EVERYTHING carefully and quickly. Nothing was broken. STRESS-FREE MOVING :)))

Amazing communication and flexible service

I have now used Best Rate Removals twice to move flat in South East London and have had a really good experience both times. The team was communicative and helpful ahead of the move and pricing was transparent and competitive. On the day of the move, the team were great. They were friendly and dealt with many flights of stairs and some tricky angles, working hard to get our furniture and belongings safely moved, despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. I would definitely use them again with any future move.

I recently used best rate removals again and again they didn’t disappoint me. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and efficiently. All my stuff was loaded and transported safely. The price was good, transparent with no hidden costs. I will be using best rate removals again for my next move.

I recently used Best Rate Removals for my move from a 2-bedroom flat in Ealing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
From start to finish they were extremely professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. The move involved no lift and everything had to be carried down several flights of stairs, which was a very hard job, but the team handled it without any issues or complaints.
Moving with children can be stressful, but they were very family friendly and considerate throughout the whole process, which made a huge difference on the day.
They were also very helpful with all the heavy lifting, and they even helped pack some of our items and carefully wrapped a few pieces of furniture to make sure everything was protected. Everything from our 2-bedroom flat in Ealing arrived safely and on time.
The price was exactly as quoted with no hidden extras, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving company.

We recently used Best Rate Removals for our move and had Sean, Roger and Asen helping us on the day. Sean and Roger really led the day and kept everything running smoothly. All three were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Moving can be stressful but the three of them made the whole process feel easy and organised. They were punctual, careful with our belongings and incredibly efficient without ever rushing things. Everything was handled with real professionalism and they were also just genuinely nice guys to have around during a long moving day. We couldn’t have asked for a better team

Great work, took longer than expected but managed to do it all at once. Great team!
They sorted my wrapping and packaging for me.

Best Rate Removals were fab with our move last week! They were so helpful with a particularly awkward entrance and exit - they took so much care with all of our furniture and nothing was too much trouble! We cannot thank them enough for making what should have been a stressful day, relatively calm!!

Best removers and best rates - really, really happy with the quality and the speed of the removers. Genuinely couldn’t ask for more, especially at such a good price point

Our movers Lee and Rodrigo provided an outstanding service in helping us move home. As well as caring about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction, they also worked brilliantly together. An absolute credit to their company. Thank you and would recommend Best Rate🙏

As their name suggests, they gave me the best rate out of 5 companies and provided the most resources (vans and people). They moved our life in 6 hours with no incident. I paid for four guys, but at times it felt like there were eight. At the new place, despite our bad direction and indecisiveness of what goes where, they were patient and graceful at all times. Really positive experience.

Very helpful, reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend.
