Best Rate Removals & Storage Avis

Predatory pricing! overcharging for their delays , ended up paying almost 3 times the initial quote on a 1 bedroom flat move within the same town

Wow, they were absolutely amazing! Everything I asked for and more, the service was fantastic and the communication was just as good ! Highly Highly recommend!

We'd like to thank Shaun and Adam for helping us with moving.
Despite the source flat being on a crossroad with parking issues,
they managed to move all of our belongings quickly. They arrived on time
and handled our fragile items with care.
They also were very nice to chat with.

Great experience, moved very quickly from one part of London to another one. Appreciated all the help on disassembling/ assembling back furniture.

The removal guys arrived on time. They were very professional and hard working. They handled all the fragile items with great care. I’d highly recommend using this company.

Great service, on time, friendly and quick. Went out of their way to try and get stuff up the stairs that we struggled to fit. Thank you!

From quote stage, Robin was very attentive and took the time to explain everything.

On the day the three man team arrived on time, got to work and took care of the packing and loading very quickly and efficiently.

Upon arrival at the new home there was a bit of a delay in obtaining access due to completion delay, but the team were very patient. Once access was obtained, again everything was taken care of super fast and with care.

Great service from start to finish, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anybody looking for a reliable removal service.

Thanks Best Rate!

They did what they were supposed to do, quickly and efficiently. No problems, no issues, very friendly and helpful staff and at a good price. What else could you ask for?

Best Rate are fine when all goes to plan. But they are a nightmare if anything goes wrong. Our movers broke our washer dryer, and when I got in touch (with photos of all the damage), it quickly went off the rails. Rather than taking any responsibility, they wanted to send the lead mover over to "take a look", they were difficult and aggressive, and then they tried to get me to agree that an insurance claim would take too long so I should just let it go. Not even an offer for a partial refund! I've been left with no choice but to seek legal advice and explore action through small claims court. If this is not the kind of hassle you want after a move, I recommend finding a more responsible company who will make mistakes right.

Helpful and arrived in time

Great prices and outstanding service. Professional, efficient, and reliable - definitely the best choice for a stress-free move!

On time, had all the equipments to keep our good safe and no breakages. The two guys were very calm and friendly and this helped our move be so much less stressful.

Thank you again for the great service, I will continue to recommend you.

Best rate removals did an excellent job with our recent move. They were punctual, took great care of our things, were very hardworking and organised. Everything was packed nicely and we had no breakages.
I would highly recommend them, they’re a great team and very reasonably priced too.
