Best Rate Removals were invaluable as partners to the Ealing Half Marathon. They worked tirelessly and long, late hours to help bring it all together. The staff were so helpful, really supportive and great workers. It's a thankless messy job moving all the equipment to make race day happen, but they were so great!!

I booked best rate removals for my house move end of september. The removals staff Sean and Nicholas were on time, curteous & polite and very patient considering we had trouble initially with parking on my road. Nevertheless, they completed the move well inside the given time frame, with care and efficiency. Many thanks for a smooth move.

From start to finish Best Rate made our move easy. Always friendly and professional their expertise shone through. With three young kids I hadn't had much time to start packing, the guys from Best Rate arrived promptly at 9am on Sunday and they had my entire 4 bed house expertly packed by 1pm. On Monday the team packed the vans with care and precision. They were communicative, always friendly and happy to answer questions and accommodate requests. One of our bed frames is very old and was broken (before the move!) and they fixed it for me, Neliyan found some screws and sorted it without me even asking. The team worked so hard to get us into our new house. Now that we've unpacked I can confirm everything was packed with real care and consideration. No breakages. No nasty surprises. Absolutely awful. Used them 3 times in the last few years and experience has always been OK. Now when asking for a quote for my 4th move (used them only last 2 years ago), they have hiked their prices up (50% increase) when we have MUCH FEWER things than the last move (as we are downsizing). PLUS they used a form from a few moves ago with a move date of March 2020 when our move is September 2025!!! Absolutely shocking. Clearly can't be bothered... and no loyalty whatsoever. Will not be recommending them to anyone anymore and regret ever doing so.

I used Bestrate for a job which turned out to be much more complicated than expected. They performed it very well and the guys were cheerful and very, very service orientated. It is true that there was a disagreement about the bill, but it was handled with great professionalism and maturity to our mutual satisfaction.

We used Best Rate Removals to pack up our house as well as move. I was really impressed with how quickly they did the whole process while also taking good care of everything. The quote the gave us was very competitive as well. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again. Was worth every pound to make what usually is a stressful period a breeze.

I didn't like this company. When the removal van reached the destination they sat there, without contacting me, for two hours. When I asked them why they didn't call me they said they only call if there is something wrong! Eventually I called their office because I knew that I was delayed getting there (all sorts of stuff that needed to be managed before I moved). I was told that they had arrived but not how long they sat there twiddling their thumbs. Had they telephoned I would have hurried. Then, because of the delay and extra waiting time, my bill had more than doubled in price. The office telephoned me to transfer the money but there wasn't enough to pay the full amount. The administrator became really ugly and unpleasant on the phone, implying that I was trying not to pay and putting me under pressure. Eventually he agreed for half the amount and half when I returned home so that I could transfer money to my account. Really horrible moving home experience. If you use this company, explicitly ask them to ring you when they arrive at your destination!

We recently moved, and at first, it was a real struggle trying to get everything into storage ourselves. Hiring a van, doing all the heavy lifting alone, and working long hours left us completely exhausted for days. After doing some research, we decided to go with the best rate company—and it was honestly a blessing. I managed to negotiate the price a little, and they turned out to be the best option with excellent service. They arrived on time and, although the move took about an hour longer than planned (because I had more stuff than I realised), they informed me in advance and handled everything professionally. I can definitely recommend this company!

Bobby was excellent and so was their team on packing and removal on moving day.

Nothing was too much, so helpful and when something was not taken Bobby took care of it personally.
