Best Rate Removals & Storage Avis

Fantastic removal company, friendly and professional from start to finish. Very reliable arriving on time and handled our belongings with care. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Best Rate Removals today. They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Highly recommend them—definitely a five-star service

We would like to thank Sean, Lee and Denny from Best Rate Removals & Storage who removed a large and very heavy wine cooler appliance from a particularly awkward, restricted area in an outside shed in the London NW11 area this morning - in the rain! My husband and I did not place the order to Best Rate - we were just the household from which the item had to be removed but we are very keen to voice our thanks. They arrived punctually, completed the job brilliantly and were very careful to protect the paintwork and wood on the shed door and other doors. Every item they had to remove from the shed to clear access was carefully put back by them at the end of the job. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Friendly service for a good price. Really recommend them. Provided a full list of our things and they spec'd out a can and number of people. They quoted for 3 hours, it took 3.5. Their quote specified all costs including an hourly rate.

Thanks!

Stress free and reliable service. Definitely recommend!!

Dear Best Rate Removals Team,

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the excellent service you provided during my recent move.

After living in my home for 13 years, the move was understandably quite stressful—especially with it being a long-distance relocation from South East London to the North East, and with a large amount of belongings. From start to finish, your team was professional, efficient, and incredibly reassuring.

I really appreciated how carefully everything was packed and loaded, and I was especially grateful for the extra help installing my treadmill and coat stand at the new property. It made settling in so much easier. I’m pleased to say that everything arrived safe and sound, which was a huge relief.

Thank you again for your hard work, care, and attention throughout the move. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free moving experience.

Kind regards,
Ann

Best Rate Removals moved our belongings and furniture from West London to Kent. They were very professional, friendly, quick and had a great price. Would certainly use them again in the future. Everything was well protected and arrived safely.

Best Rate removals has a great team of really hard working and nice guys. They were key in helping us move some cargo from our warehouses to the storage unit. The team was punctual and maintained communication throughout.

Great service, friendly people helped me move home quickly and headache free.

We used Best Rate Removals for a two-day full service move - packing on day one and delivery on day two - and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

The team arrived exactly on time both days. On the first day, they were careful, clean and methodical, checking in regularly to make sure everything was packed in a way that would make unpacking easier for us later. They treated even our most fragile items - including a collection of miniatures - with real care and attention.

Day two was just as impressive. Two vans, five people, all working quickly and efficiently but never rushing. They handled every item as if it were their own, placing boxes and furniture exactly where we asked - and even moving a few pieces again when we changed our minds.

A few highlights:

- They helped load some sold furniture into the buyer’s van, dismantling extra pieces so it would fit.

- They assembled new furniture that had been left at the ground floor by a previous delivery company.

- Not a single scratch, chip or broken item — and both houses were left spotless.

Communication throughout was excellent, and the whole team were friendly, respectful and clearly take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a stress-free move.

Let me start by saying I highly recommend using Best Rate Removals. Is it pricey? Short answer is yes (as are all professional movers) but you pay for top-notch service. When moving home you can either go the cheap route by hiring a van and doing everything yourself, which is exhausting and time-consuming, or you can pay for a full-service removal that takes all the hassle away. Having gone down the cheaper route in the past, choosing the latter is absolutely worth every penny, especially when you find a company that truly delivers exceptional service.
From the start, I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency that Tiho and his team showed. Their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic—clear, timely, and reassuring. We initially debated whether to do the packing ourselves to save on cost, but in the end decided to go for the full packing service (which in hindsight was the best decision!). Two team members arrived the day before the move to expertly handle all the packing... They came fully prepared with all the necessary packing materials and took great care in wrapping and securing everything. On moving day, everything went like clockwork: the crew arrived early, were quick, efficient, and treated my belongings with the care. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, which made a huge difference.
Also to add.. A couple of weeks following the move, I realised that a framed poster had been unintentionally left in the van after the move. I contacted Tiho, who was super helpful… the team managed to locate the item from their lost property quickly and arranged for it to be delivered back to me without any fuss. Their outstanding customer care even after the job was complete really impressed me.
Overall, the service from start to finish was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this removals company to anyone. I will without a doubt be using them again for my next move!

Very nice and diligent people. Did a great job and took great care of everything.

One of the easiest moves experiences that I had, from the pre booking the service to the move on the day. The crew was prompt and helpful. I couldn't recommend them enough

Best Rate provide an excellent and efficient service. Time sensitive, very friendly and are able to assist with any of your removal needs from small to large items and beyond.

The guys were great. This is the second time i have used them and i will continue to recommend them highly!

Great service start to finish! Highly recommend!

Very professional. Excellent service.

I recently used Best Rate Removals for my move from a two-bedroom apartment to a house across town, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the initial quote to the final box unloaded, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings.
The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, wrapping furniture and packing boxes with expert precision. They were especially careful with my antique furniture, which I greatly appreciated. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.
Communication with them was excellent throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. The price was exactly as quoted, with no hidden fees, and I felt I got excellent value for my money.
I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company. I would definitely use them again in the future

Horrible customer service, broke wardrobe and couldn't bother to fix it or replaced it. The whole company is a scam no professionalism please avoid.

Best Rate Removals done a fantastic job with my move. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding. Remarkable bunch. I am also using them for storage space.
