Ich kann dem nicht zustimmen. Ich habe 100 Euro investiert und 2500 Euro gewonnen. Natürlich ist das Prozedere mit den Unterlagen sehr langatmig. Dennoch kam die Überweisung sehr schnell, nachdem alle Unterlagen hochgeladen und akzeptiert wurden. Ich habe immer wieder gute Gewinne. Der Chat ist ein bisschen langsam und natürlich arbeitet, wie viele andere Casinos, Betamo mit Standardantworten. Dennoch wird geholfen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere, weil ich mehrere Casinos ausprobiert habe und keines an das Niveau, von diesem hier, kommt.

Kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Überdurchschnittliche Verluste, Auszahlung jeglischer Größenordnung katastrophal !!! Es kommen nur geskriptete Antworten. Der Service spricht vermutlich kein Deutsch und nutzt Google Translate, zumindest ist keine natürliche Unterhaltung möglich. Dokumente, die hochgeladen werden müssen, gehen eindeutig zu weit !

Auszahlung klappt leider überhaupt nicht!
Nachdem die Einzahlung via Kreditkarte problemlos ging, wollte ich mir dann Geld wieder retour überweisen.
Dies hat jedoch auch nach knapp 14 Tagen nicht funktioniert.
Ein paar male versuchte ich das Geld wieder auf die Kreditkarte gut schreiben zu lassen, das klappte leider gar nicht.
Nach etlichen Unterlagen wurde mir der Betrag dann auf meinem Konto gut geschrieben.
Jedoch wurden von Betamo unerlaubterweise einfach € 150 wieder von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, und diese wollen Sie mir einfach nicht wieder retour erstatten.
Ganz mieser Kundenservice!!!!!!!!!!!
