I payed for expressly shipping. I have emailed and called ans knowone has got back to me. It has been at same location for days now hasn't moved. I am beyond upset as I payed extra to get it faster. No customer service at all.

I ordered the bracelets set. Names on them are supposed to say Jim & Patty. I received a email saying that my order was delivered to my house on the 29th of December 2025.as of today I still haven't received anything from your company. I just talked to the people at the post office they told me that if you give me a united States tracking number then they could help me find out what happened to my order. I received a message on messenger from your company asking for my order number I sent everything that I have regarding my order to the message. I haven't heard anything back from anyone. I'm very disappointed in your company I can't even get to talk to someone on the phone because it's always busy.
