This company sucks and is a complete scam. I never got my order they told me it was “lost in the mail.” They offered to send another but I couldn’t reply to their emails. Do not order anything from here. I cancelled the transaction thru my bank and got my money back.

This company is awful. I never received my order I placed and paid for express shipping. I can’t get answers on my order. I will never buy again. Now my gift is not here for my boyfriend for Xmas!

I ordered the Luxury Bracelet Set "To My Man - Straighten Your Crown (Crown Charm Bracelet) for my boyfriend for Xmas and our anniversary.

After purchasing my order, I had realises that I had bumped and selected the wrong colour . I sent an email straifht away after my purchase and i got an email sent back within an hour and the request to change the colour Bracelet I was ment to order had been applied and approved. I was so reeaved after that and I waited for my order to arrive. Within a week and a half the Bracelet came and it was the right colour. I am so glad that I was able to email them and get the colour changed, or I could have just got matching ones for both my boyfriend and I. I had never ordered from Beyond Love website before but I am super happy with my purchase from them. Great quality and exactly like the images on the website with excellent service. I highly recommend

I bought this gift for my wife of 26 years for Xmas. The rose is beautiful and the necklace is perfect. As it was getting close to Xmas I was worried the order may not arrive in time but when I contacted customer service for an update they assured me it would arrive. And sure enough it did. Thank you Beyond Love. Hope my wife loves it when she opens it on Xmas morning.

I purchased the 2 connected hearts for my son to give his gf as he doesn’t have a credit card. Initially when I ordered I totally forgot to add names! I quickly emailed support and they said they would happily fix it. When the necklace came in, my son showed me. It is such a cute necklace!! The names are a cute added touch as well. Highly recommend this purchase.

My original necklace for my girlfriend broke. I emailed them and they got back to me as soon as possible, they offered me a full replacement without me having to enter any of my information again. Rest assured they will have your back, and no, this comment is not fake. The team does so much to make it up to the customer. 1000% recommend.

Beyond Love earned my five star rating. I don’t do five star reviews unless I believe in the company. I admit that I had an issue with one item I received. It was too late to reorder, so after submitting a photo showing the error, they graciously gave me a full refund on the item. The shipping time was what I expected (approximately two weeks). They were prompt to respond to my emails and take care of the issue. During my several correspondences with the company they expressed a strong desire to do better in the areas in which they had previously had problems. They were and are diligently working to make quality control, faster shipments and customer service top notch. Any company who admits there is an issue (whether quality, shipping or whatever) and is actively trying to correct it, deserves a great review and future purchases. The items I have purchased (as gifts) are just beautiful and excellent quality. I will be ordering more from them, because all companies have growing pains and as long as they are working to improve, I will support them by being a faithful customer.

Awful quality, would not recommend

I ordered a gift for my love and I still have not received it yet! I tried to track my order but it's saying my item is NOT FOUND! I've been waiting for weeks and they HAVE NOT sent a message to me notifying me that my purchase has even been sent! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND; OR MY GIFT SENT WITH A DISCOUNT. I even tried calling and get NO ANSWER IT RESPONSE.

BEWARE: EVERYTHING YOU ORDER COMES FROM CHINA!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!don’t let them kid you, they save money this way and chances are you will never receive it! Or it will be stuck in china for weeks!!! They will lie to you and feed you bs!!!!! Save your money order from a reputable place like Amazon etc, this place will say anything to get your money!!! Ps: if you’re ordering as a gift, don’t hold your breath, you better order 2 months ahead of time and maybe you’ll get it in time if ever at at all!! Haha

Why do they claim you can pay by PayPal and Apple Pay on their adverts and website, then upon checkout it has to be credit card, this is normally a red flag of a scam…

First time buying from here and I must say at first I was skeptical but I went ahead and ordered a necklace that came with a matching bracelet for my boyfriend and I can’t put into words how beautiful they are. I love them and so does he! I’ll definitely be buying from here again! Also took 8 working days to arrive! Thank you.
