terrible site to purchase from. Coming from china so it gone take forever. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks now it’s in customs just sitting there. Customer service sucks it’s automated responses and read some of the reviews ladies and gents they are the exact same with the exception of a couple and literally a couple words changed. We only send from our producers when the product is sold out in our warehouse. We made this decision so our customers would still be able to order the products.
We are more than happy to send you a new one if the first one got stuck, as delivery does not take more than 10 days.
As for the reviews, we have thousands of happy customers which wrote reviews here, on our website and on social media, there is nothing to worry about here.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. I read reviews that they got theirs within 2 weeks and mine took well over 3 weeks. I purchased it from the moment they started advertising for valentines and the late shipment ruined it for me. They also falsely advertise their star rating on their site from trustpilot. Do not use these guys or purchase from them. The box came damaged as well and it took 5 emails before they replied to one about the delay in shipment. Absolutely pathetic

Waist of time and 💰
On Jan 28 I made two orders. It now Feb 13 and still have not received my orders. The delivery time is horrible
I do not recommend this product! For any occasions... product coming from China! And will take forever, and end up in customs... and usps is just as bad! Is all B.S.... JUST DONT DO IT!.

OMG!!! This the second abdolutely beautiful pendant!!!
I actually ordered two charm pendants for my wife. I received one last week and it was delicate and beautiful and the Rose box was very very beautiful.
Today I received the second pendant and I wasn't sure what to expect really but it was actually more beautiful than the first. I love Beyond Love and what they sent me is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Beyond Love for the beautiful pendant for me my wife.

After researching, their so called founder Ava Hilton has zero social media or internet search presence.
