If I could give 0 stars I would this place is nothing but a scam spent almost $200 Australian dollars with this place to be lied to and scamed after i ordered on the 6th got the tracking on the 7th my ordered hasn't moved still today and its now the 18th emailed them and they tried telling me the Currier has lost my package in transit which then I spoke to the Currier and they told me that the package has never even been received from the send after emailing beyond-love.com telling them about speaking with the Currier i now am not getting any reply from them I've even been trying to call the phone number for beyond-love with no answer no matter how many times I try and call it Christmas is ruined this place needs to stop scamming people

Sent several emails and also tried to go on live chat on their website but there are no live chat representatives available, only get "I will forward your request to our support team, they usually reply within a day"

I placed my order as a gift for an exciting product which I never come across before (engraved pendant with a rose and message), the product arrived well-packaged, in a lovely presentation box. However, I managed to order the incorrect colour which led me to communicate with Kaan and the team, who went through my order process, with the fault being mine, which I acknowledged. Still, the team at Beyond Love made an extra effort to put it all right for me, making my case feel so special, which I have never experienced with any other company.
