Binge subscription been changed for but never joined

I have both Kayo and Netflix then found out Hubble (never heard of) has then started charging my credit card for a Binge subscription that I NEVER signed up for. After getting in touch with Binge to cancel and refund me, the response I got was basically my fault.

Hubbl takeover really teed me off!

My account linked to my email was 'not found' when on live chat. Literally have it logged in to my phone right now with the email.. decided to 'make new account' as it's with hubbl now via the same email and voila! A new account was created with all my subs not found.. good job hubbl! How do I cancel now? I am paying for a subscription service I cannot use.. accc?

I really wanted to give you 5 stars for your content etc BUT man your CANCELLATION process 'stinks'..frustrating, hard to find, annoying and worst than water torture!! IMPROVE this part and you're on your way upwards .. Leave it as it is and you will sink ..It can't be that hard to make signing ON and OFF..trust me , you will have the likes of me return..streaming is an ON/OFF game we all play, so make it easier please..NETFLIX and the others - easy peasy

I regret rejoining.

I rejoined after some months but the content added is very minor and poor. Ie Relying on old movies rather than new good content. Note that this is the most expensive movie/tv streaming service at 18 dollars (no ads) Much better services around. If it was 8 dollars a month it might be worth it but you'll still run out options after a few months. I cancelled after 5 minutes looking at updates.

This is the worst company services,I've ever had .I've been trying to watch their shows ,done everything there robots have told us to do ...and still no closer to watching or registering,....no phone number to ring no real person to talk to _lost my money due to their ignorance in ,not everyone can use computers

Don't waste your money there are easier streaming to be had than using Binge. If you have any difficulties all you get are emails advising sorry for inconvience and they will resolve within next 7 days hahaha. It is a joke I have been waiting for 28 days now with the same automated emails.
Qantas I am not sure why you would want to be associated with Binge for Frequent Flyer programs. I wouldn't give then 1 star except I had to to write this review.

Cancelled binge months ago because of the ads
and constant buffering .Now I'm being bombarded with txt and emails to resubscribe for $2.00 a month,how pathetic.I have unsubscribed through email for both but still receiving txt months later.

Useless

Yes, we opted for the ad version but you can't even play the ads. The whole service just hangs every time an ad finishes. Absolutely useless.

5 ADS EVERY 15 MINUTES!

I think it's disgusting to make people pay for a streaming service and then have 5 ADS EVERY 15 MINUTES - like literally 5 ads!! Why are there ads if I'm paying? You might as well watch your content on a free website. Not to mention that you have to pay for Kayo and Binge (made by one company) SEPARATELY!!

I have been trying to cancel my Binge…

I have been trying to cancel my Binge subscription for the past two months and I'm quite close to canceling my credit card. I have emailed their customer support who have confirmed to have "canceled" my subscription (March 10th) yet I've been charged again as of today. Each time I try to cancel my subscription on Binge, it comes up with a "Merchant Error" and does not allow me to cancel it. Do not sign up with them, find your content somewhere else.

Fix the volume please

The volume of ads is 4 times higher than the content. You have to watch with remote in your hand and keep turning volume up and down. So annoying!

Impossible to watch or “binge” shows

Used to be able to watch live but now it just keeps buffering - it is not my internet because my other apps work for live streaming. Buffers instead of going to next episode. If rewinding or pausing it loses closed captions. Really awful but used to be okay. None of their suggested fixes make any difference. I am just not going to keep paying for this. Not enough good shows and very very difficult to watch.

The ads! 😩

The ads!! So frustrating given the frequency at which they appear, but they then proceed to show THE SAME 3 or 4 ads over and over again.
So, if you are ‘bingeing’ on a few episodes of something be prepared to see the same dog food commercial at least 8 times…

Too many ads

Way too expensive for what you get. It’s like you’re paying just to watch ads. So disappointing and doesn’t look like it going to change anytime soon. Don’t bother wasting your money

Continue Bingeing is a joke!

There are a few shows on BINGE that I've enjoyed, but they will not leave the 'continue Bingeing' list! I have contacted them, done everything they've suggested, but nothing works! By the time I scroll across trying to find something that I haven't finished watching, I've had enough and leave!

Not worthy at all!

The variety of tv shoes is kind of worthy, but the variety of movies sucks! The app is so unfriendly!!! I hate searching for a specific title bc it can take ages.
The worst is that they have added ads... argh!

So bad that its funny! Very disappointing!

oh boy where do I begin, tldr! You get ads none stop if you get the 10 bucks version, today I started watching 1 episode of The Walking Dead, soon as I started I got 4 ads in a row, then 10min later 3 ads in a row, another 10min later I got 2 ads in a row, I haven't even finished the episode yet and I had 9 ads. Service is buggy as hell as well, it forgets what you watched and where you left off, occasionally crashes or disconnects completely making you do a forced refresh, it lags as if the server is based in Antarctica somewhere, how can local server be this bad? When Netflix etc... has no issues at all. The UI is bad, basically everything is bad about Binge. The only good thing is that you can find shows on there that you can't really watch anywhere else in AU. It's still not worth it though, I'm cancelling my sub.

That is not a reality, I've tried and tried to get it to share to another screen and Binge make it so difficult to do.
If you can work it out, you must have extraordinary skills because me and the rest of the ordinary people don't know what 'cast' is and so on.

Technology is supposed to make things easier not harder so the nerds running the show need to be informed it has to be easier.

I'll finish this month and that's it.
