Coles Avis 

I did an online order, to which I made a change. Payment was taken from my account. 2 days later, my bank account is drained. Coles has taken two more payments. 17/09: $236.05; 18/09: $236.05; 18/09: $337.61. Not even sure where they got the last figure from. Outright theft. Now I wait for my refunds with no money in my account for payments due to come out tomorrow. None of these amounts are pending, all have been taken from my account.
Never have such issues with Woolworths. Why can one supermarket get it right, but the other continually steals from our accounts? This is not the first time I have had to chase money they have stolen, but this is the largest amount. I suggest people do not use online shopping with Coles.

Whoever at Coles choose Door Dash as their preferred Deliver Partner probably never had their order delivered by them.

It's an absolute waste of time and money, paying $11 for a 1-hour service it never happens!

A few months ago, my order was left on the footpath no call from the driver just left out the front of the building on Kent Street!

First time in 10 years I have had to write a negative review:-( Sadly the online company Coles Bestbuys leaves no room for respect for the struggling little guy. Their refund policy is rigid with no room for movement regardless of circumstances. I'm an 84 yr old pensioner with severe arthritis & was unable to use their Devanti stick vacuum due to the fact that it has an extension pipe (which I have never seen on any of the many stick vacs I've had over the years) & is impossible for someone with Lupus disease to manage.However on advising Coles of this feature making it not fit for the purpose for which I bought it, they wanted nothing to do with me or my issues! Where/what are their values. There has not been one email from them with a desire to even try to make this right. They have not made the slightest attempt to even discuss the issues, simply referring to their policies. Kudos to all those online companies over the years who have bent over backwards to respect the customer, showing a willingness to meet them where they're at! SHAME ON THE HUGE PROFIT MAKING COLES!! YAY FOR WOOLLIES!

DISAPPOINTMENT KNOWS NO LIMIT.
Stopped into COLES Lansell Plaza to grab some 'fresh' food. Ended up with some potatoes. Had to call for the 'fresh food' manager to demand the immediate removal of (another) variety of potatoes (Dutch Creme) which were UNFIT FOR SALE. These spuds had been stocked to the shelf's limit, but the ENTIRE batch were rotten, green, sprouting.
It was so BLATANT, so contemptuous!
What the heck is going on? You can get better fresh food in a third world country!
There is something VERY SUSPICIOUS about the uniformity of rotten 'fresh' foods in Australia, ALL the supermarkets do it.
Nobody in management cares, nobody does their job, how could they if they don't give a toss about their customers and don't know anything about the food they sell? Green, sprouting spuds are POISONOUS!! Duh!!
I grew my own foods whenever possible, but disability curbs that severely.
Now, I'm wasting time, fuel, limited energy trying to survive. These corporations are EVIL, truly evil predators. ALDI profits 50 billion euros, COLES profits 1.2 billion in 2023. Criminal behavior and the government can find no remedy?? How about hanging a few CEO's for wilful public endangerment? These people are literally poisoning our food supply (in a multitude of ways) with their graft! Hang a few dozen from every corporation, throw them in jail, let the rot either way, like their 'fresh food'.

Coles is ok. Everyone hates them but I still shop there because the employees are nice to me.

AVOID!!! flush your money down the toilet you will get 100% more satisfaction then dealing with Coles Insurance. Hands down the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with, if you ever have dealings with this insurance company I pity you, but please write down the time and the person you talk to, they guarantee your issue is dealt with but deny it to the full extent when challenged, spending thousands more then the claim to prove you wrong. a simple time and name would have sat them on their ass. they use stand over and bullying tactics, I can safely say that they have AFCA in their pockets also. AVOID this company at all costs. Off shore call centres exacerbate the issue.

I am sick of Coles ridiculous prices & poor quality food. Mouldy pizza base, cheese that’s a week out of date & a fresh cake with a dead fly on it! So disgusting! If you value your health don’t shop at Coles supermarkets. They are all about the dollar!! They think it’s ok to sell food out of date & then make all excuses when complain. The customer service is pathetic & of no help. Stay away from Coles

when i went there the person was very nice to me. and they gave me all my items in a safe way making sure i didn't get injured while collecting my items

This moron accused me for stealing toothpaste back in February and his at it AGAIN AND HE SAYS I DONT HAVE AN OPEN REVIEW ON HIM

As a customer since this branch opened, I'd have to say that the place seems to be getting worse.
I try to shop on Friday mornings to avoid the hold ups and delays on the weekend. But it's proving to be a badly flawed strategy.
Today, I spent an hour getting my weekly shopping. It shouldn't have taken so long, especially as I know the location of most items. 
However, I'm finding I'm having to forage frequently behind empty boxes cluttering the shelves.  Obviously, staff are not clearing them away when they should.
But the bigger time waster today was when I queued for the checkout. There was just one hard working employee at the counter. Ahead of me already were two other customers with full trolleys. The very efficient employee worked non-stop, scanning and packing their goods without a single pause. When finally it was my turn, another two customers were queuing behind me, also with laden trolleys. I commiserated with the unfortunate employee.
'How was it that on a Friday at 11.00 am she was the only check-out person on duty?' I asked? She gave me a rueful smile and just kept on scanning. OK, there was another woman hard at it on the quick- check-out near the entrance, but that was no help to me and the customers with full trolleys. 
Coles at Moonee Ponds, this is simply a disgrace! You need much better local management - and more employees. Keep up this lousy customer service and you will soon find that we are shopping elsewhere.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank a young man by the name of Vasili who works at the Chadstone shopping centre store. I believe he was working at the self checkout. My mother is an elderly customer who sometimes has difficulty navigating the self checkouts. Vasili took the time and helped her with her purchases in a friendly and efficient manner. She was so impressed with this team member that she called me to tell me about him. We as customers are quick to complain, but rarely voice great customer service. Thank you Vasili…. You made an elderly customers day.
Ps she has been shopping at this store since the mid 70s(Coles New World) and this is the first time she has ever made a comment about a staff member

I read today on news.com.au with dismay about massive increases of foreign products coming to coles. Whilst i am totally fine with overseas trade, I am concerned about the balance of shelf space for australian produced and grown products. There is so little australian product available in our supermarkets. Seems it will eventually disappear completely. What percentage of Coles is australian or non coles branded. What is this doing to our economy.

I bought my groceries online today. I selected home delivery and asked that my groceries be delivered to my front porch and not to my side gate. I live on a corner and sometimes couriers use my side gate for some reason. I was waiting for my groceries at the front and got a message saying they'd been delivered. I went looking and found them on the footpath at the back of the property outside my garage. Why? I was just lucky I found them before one of the neighbourhood dogs found the fresh meat I'd bought.

Coles is owned by Wesfarmers and Wesfarmers management is associated with Satanic Fascist organisation WEF. I would rather buy from Woolworths. Co is still having problems with product supply, their home delivery service commonly gets items wrong Good choice for those who don't mind risks on what they get & for those who support Fascists.

Disaster. They take you back and forwards to link flybuys to your account. Then after wasting your time of several hours they say that at that time they cant complete your order. Try again later.
Just time wasters.

Coles Roxburgh Park click and collect
21/6 Roxburgh Park pickup between 8.00am and 10.00am. I arrived at 8.00am rang through waited for shopping when he brought it out l noticed milk was missing so checked order and found following items missing as written above 5 items in total l said there must be a bag left inside he went back and came back out and said items not available l said l find that hard to believe and followed him back into the store he was walking in front of me passed milk on shelve l then proceeded to go and collect missing items shelves were full no shortage. I had just finished a 10 hour shift and used click and collect for convenience l would have been better to just shop myself when he realised items were missing he should have organised to get them off the shelf as that was the service l was using,disappointing especially when all items were on your shelve poor customer service

Just received my Coles online order today at kangaroo point Brisbane. I was shocked. Four packs of diced lamb expires today . Why would you send meat that expires today. I could get sick from that. Also old carrots and strawberries. The delivery driver was ruse and miserable and said the Packers don't care and pack anything. Woww. Direct from a Coles employee.

This is the second time that I have not received my fruit and vegetables. Delivery was 2 hours late. This happened to me previously order was extremely late and then I did not receive my fruit and vegetables. Both times it appeared that the drivers were new. How about giving your Drivers the proper training Coles instead of sending them out with little knowlege on how to distribute the orders and putting the customer out.

Put my click and collect order in for Coles Thornlands Qld pick up about 12pm , due to collect around 6pm, used my Coles credit card to pay got a substitute added at 5.50 pm, 3 min later received a email dating order was cancelled, rang and asked what happened, they said had a payment issue and to contact Coles Master card so I did and I the Master card team said that they can see the transaction was cancelled by Coles online for no reason as the funds was available to purchase 4 times over if needed.. No one is telling me what really happened, buck passing, so I presume this would probably happen again
