Why I Keep Returning To Bolsover Cruise Club
I have now booked around 11 or 12 cruises through Bolsover Cruise Club, and the fact that I continue to return to them is probably the best recommendation I can give.
My latest booking was another voyage on Queen Mary 2, my favourite ship, and once again the service was excellent. I had a very particular stateroom in mind — the same type I have booked through Bolsover previously — and the team went the extra mile to help me secure exactly what I wanted.
I have dealt with Nina in the past and for this booking I was helped by Kiera, both of whom were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nina already knows my preferences from previous bookings, which makes such a difference. Kiera was equally helpful when assisting with this latest booking.
What I particularly appreciate about Bolsover is that it feels like personal service rather than simply making a telephone booking. They listen to what you want, understand your preferences and genuinely try to help. They also continue to keep an eye out for future itineraries that might suit me, which is a level of service you don’t always find these days.
After 11 or 12 bookings, I think I can speak with some authority when I say that Bolsover consistently provide excellent customer service, and they remain my first choice when booking a cruise.
A huge thank you Kiera and the wider Bolsover team for the continued excellent service. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

I decided to take a cruise to the Caribbean with Pand O cruises something I had never done before and following a recommendation from a friend I made the booking through Bolsover Cruise Club I had followed them through media channels for a while and they made my booking so easy with every piece of information I needed especially as I was also travelling with friends I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in booking a cruise it isn’t as nerve wracking as you think as they worked hard to make it smooth
