Disappointed

Half of the products came in a very bad state. Manti pieces got stuck together and formed a ball. When put in the water, most of them didn’t separate and some just broke to let the fillings out. The box that contained the apple cookies was broken in transit and plastic pieces went inside the cookies and some of them were not edible. This is overall very disappointing, given the prices of these products. No issues with the taste but things get spoilt on the way.

Edit for the response: Thank you for your time in responding to this. This feedback is not to seek refund or compensation for the past order but it is to say that I will not potentially order again in the future if the issue persists. It is an offer for you to improve the service provided. The box for my delivery was intact but the products inside were damaged, meaning that the product packaging might not be ideal. I order frozen cooked food for my dog regularly for the past two years and they arrive frozen and intact. I hope it is something you can look into so instead of a refund, the food we look forward to can arrive in good condition, even at an address outside of London. Thanks

However, we can only reach family members outside of London in the most convenient way. Sometimes problems can occur with deliveries. We sincerely apologize for the carrier issue you experienced.

First of all, we would like to state that shipping damage is covered by our company's warranty.

From your comment, we understand that the shipping company delivered the products to you damaged. If you had contacted our customer service via email/WhatsApp with photos of the damaged products, a refund would have been issued. However, when we checked the system, it appears that you did not make such a request. We would like to remind you that we are always there for our customers and offer all kinds of support and service.

Great selection of products

Great selection of products, packed carefully. The customer service is exceptional. However it is not clear which days are available for delivery.

Bonvila

Excellent Turkish Groceries and Fast Delivery!

Bonvilla is an amazing Turkish grocery delivery service in London. Their prices are very good, the quality is great, and the delivery is always fast. The delivery driver is also fantastic — friendly, reliable, and always on time.
I’m really impressed with their service. Highly recommend!

Selling items with wrong weight

Selling items with wrong weight. When challenged come up with all sort of stuff but no apology. Any supermarkets in the UK take this sort of things with great care. I won’t be shopping at Bonvila any longer.

On December 3, 2025, you sent an email to our customer service team stating that you purchased 510 grams of Murat Bey Ezine White Cheese. Since our system displayed 600 grams at the time of purchase, you requested a refund for the remaining 90 grams. However, our customer service team wrote a statement stating that the weight change in Murat Bey Ezine Cheese was made by the Muratbey Company and that this was a hidden price increase. They also stated that the 600-gram Muratbey Ezine Cheese is no longer being produced and that the 510-gram cheese has been released instead. You have also been informed that companies do not refund customers for weight changes.

Before submitting your complaint, the necessary system changes have already been made, and product changes are updated within a specific timeframe. We have no intention of victimizing or misleading anyone.

We understand that you are dissatisfied with our company's response. Please remember that your comments must be transparent, clear, and concise, and avoid creating misleading or misleading perceptions.

Fresh, fast and absolutely delicious

I ordered their yaprak sarma and sigara böreği for the first time, and everything was perfect. The delivery was incredibly fast, the food arrived fresh, and the taste was genuinely amazing. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. I’ll definitely order again.

Wrong items were sent ( Instead of…

Wrong items were sent ( Instead of Saralle Findik ezmesi I’ve sent Saralle chocolate spread ) plus some items had price on them like the peanuts £ 1.89 but I was charged much higher for them .

First of all, please know that we carefully review every comment we receive. We contacted you, but we were unable to reach you at the contact number you provided. Another issue we haven't received a response to is our email dated October 8, 2025, regarding the wrong product. You can request a correction from our customer service team by sending a photo of the allegedly defective product. The legal deadline for this is 30 days from the date the order was received.

You mentioned a wrong product in your review. However, we have determined that you did not notify our customer service team or initiate any action.

In cases of such defective products, the defective product will be gifted to the customer, and the correct product will be reshipped upon request. Alternatively, if the defective product meets the customer's needs, the customer will be refunded for the error.

First of all, until our new employees become familiar with the products, we may experience some disruptions from time to time. We sincerely apologize on behalf of our employees.

Another point is the RECOMMENDED sales figures for Anthap brand nuts:

Ms. Sibel, Anthap is a producer and can, of course, set the sales prices of its products according to its own budget and costs. However, we would like to remind you that since they do not sell their products to us at the same prices they produce, we do not have the same cost-effectiveness.

Prices are clearly stated on our website. Our customers purchase products based on visual inspection.

We had a great experience with Bonvila. Packaging was great, all of the stuff was categorized neatly and even the stuff for freezer was still cold enough. They had sent a little gift which was super thoughtful especially the flag. It was the first time we ordered homemade manti and cooked it immediately, no suprise it is a best-seller, proper homemade manti!
