Delivery experience not good

Please change from dhl to another courier. They didnt deliver to my door for such a big order. I had to carry it myself. Not worth the price

Your complaint regarding your cargo being left at the entrance of your building and not being delivered to the flat, which you reported on 11.04.2025, has been shared with DHL and the result has been communicated to you in detail by our customer service via e-mail. As stated in the e-mail, the cargo company you previously suggested has been changed to a new one due to serious transportation problems. However, perfection is not always achieved by not having problems in ongoing work, but by having a competent person who can solve problems and resolving problems in a timely manner. We would like you to know that in every complaint we receive, we evaluate the quality of the service you should receive and the satisfaction of our customers, regardless of the size of the cargo content. Our priority is the happiness of our family members.

I’m absolutely delighted with my order from Bonvilla! The products are of excellent quality and beautifully packaged with great care. Shipping was impressively fast and the delivery was smooth and professional. I also really appreciated the thoughtful little gift they included—it was such a lovely surprise! Every feedback we receive from our customers is really important to us. We answered all the details about this issue in the phone call we had with you and listened to you. and then took care of it. We make every effort to maintain the best possible service. This is largely due to your feedback. Unfortunately, from time to time, problems can occur with the partner companies we work with to carry out the work. In case of problems with the logistics companies in these regions, our company covers all the damages to the products you ordered free of charge. However, let's not forget that each company has its own working principles and policies. As we mentioned in our previous communication, our company now carries out London deliveries directly. We believe that you will not encounter the same problem again.

Issues with Frozen Items Delivery

Our delivery was handed over to DHL, which received the package a day before the arranged delivery date. Unfortunately, the frozen items we requested arrived packaged with ice but were not in a frozen condition. As a result, we had to consume all of them within the same week.

First of all we always appreciate feedback. As it is clearly stated in the product description we store goods as frozen but deliver chilled and advise to consume within 24 hours according to food Standards Agency regulations. All our customers have different needs so we need to have a standard delivery method and if not specified with a comment, a standard shipment is made. We use gel packs and fridge bags that guarantee the products being chilled for up to 72 hours. Our regular delivery times are less than 24 hours to keep products as fresh as possible.
