Missing coat, dismissive reply

I used meet and greet Heathrow parking. Whilst they were timely in meeting me, both on arrival and car return, I have not been able to locate a Jack Wolfskin men’s coat which had been left in the car. The coat was in the car at drop-off but missing thereafter. I alerted the company a couple days later as at the time of pickup I was packing luggage and managing my two year old. I contacted the company requesting this to be investigated and I was met with a couple of dismissive emails. Do not leave anything in your car if you choose to use this company.

Great Customer Service

Best price I was able to find online at the time of booking. Unfortunately I have had to cancel the parking as our holiday has been cancelled owing to the conflict at our travel destination, so can't comment on the parking facilities themselves, but the customer service from the team at FHR was spot on, they cancelled by booking without any issue & have authorised a full refund.

Good customer service

Great price and selection of options. Easy to amend and very accommodating even when changing car details and time of collection. Will definitely use again.

Incredibly helpful and friendly

I have booked with FHR many times and have always found them to be both price competitive and very helpful when issues occur. The vast majority of my airport parking bookings are made through FHR and have been for many years. I have, in the past had to cancel a holiday and the parking booking has been added as a credit to reuse at a later date, which was most helpful. Today I had accidentally made an error when booking and this was dealt with promptly, in a very friendly and helpful manner.

Excellent customer service.

I had my holiday cancelled by my tour operator. When I contacted FHR regarding my airport car parking, they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. I was told I could get a full refund and was emailed a link to do so.
Chloe was especially helpful and replied to my emails instantly.

Excellent service

Excellent service. My travels were sadly cancelled, and the cancellation/refund process was very quick and easy. I originally had sent an email to an address that bounced back, so I was afraid I'd missed the cancellation window.
I can't thank you guys enough.
