Great Customer Service

Booked on site parking at Birmingham Airport with FHR. Process was very straightforward and price was good so happy to proceed. I encountered an issue after making the booking and so jumped on the FHR Chat and spoke with Karen R and within a couple of minutes the matter was resolved. Excellent support and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Top customer service!

I called and literally connected within seconds so didnt need to wait at all.
Had 2 issues (both made from my end) The ladies i spoke to were amazing! They sorted out the problems straight away and saved me from alot of stress!
Definitely recommend, top customer service!!

Had our flight changed by Ryanair resulting in me having to make multiple changes to booked services, car park, airport lounge, airport pick up etc. Having contact FHR my agent Kirsty was first class and has organised my amended drop off and pick up times with car park. Can't thank you enough. Brilliant service xx

Wowcher fraud

Bought a Wowcher that advertised a discount. It did not specify dates. Tried to redeem and despite having a ray of availability on the website- with the discounted code- there was none. A big con. Not good enough.

Parking through FHR is extremely easy and I feel I gain great deals too. Each location I have always been looked after well and, importantly, if I've had an issue between booking and travelling, they are always quick to respond and resolve things smoothly - highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The operator was so rude! He put the phone down on me 5 times!!!
We landed at Gatwick, our flight landed early. As directed on our paperwork, we telephoned to say that we had disembarked from the aircraft and had no luggage to collect and passport control showed one minute wait time on the screens.
He advised me that it would be within 25 minutes. I asked him - is that a maximum of 25 minutes and he backtracked to say that a few aircraft had landed at once and he wasn’t sure.
I asked him if he could he be more precise with the time as I am elderly and do not want to wait in the parking lot after midnight when it is freezing cold.
He put the phone down on me.
I called him again and he then said it would be between 10-12 minutes.
I responded with - you just told me 25 mins - which one is correct?
He slammed the phone down for a second time.
I called again and he slammed the phone down for a third time without talking to me.
I called him again and before I could say anything, he shouted down the phone, you booked your car at 00:15 and you will just have to wait until that time. (Which was 45 minutes away)
We use airport parking at least 6 times a year and have never been treated like this. There are plenty of good companies out there. Please do not waste your time with FHR….

Avoid this company at all costs!!
After returning to Bristol Airport, my car was not delivered as agreed. I waited over an hour in the cold & was given multiple incorrect updates, eventually i was told to get a taxi to collect my car from a pub miles away which cost me over £30 and had to arrange myself.
There were no staff present when I arrived at the pub and frantically I found my car myself which was parked down a dark street. When three men eventually turned up they were intimidating and didn't immediately return my keys, when I opened my car door it obviously smelled of cigarette smoke, which they denied
The company promised a full refund and cleaning costs but has since stopped responding and nothing has been paid.
Unprofessional, stressful, unacceptable and a horrible end to a holiday.

Excellent help with a cancellation

I usually book with Holiday Extras but FHR beat their price by so much that I switched supplier.
Ryanair just cancelled my flight so I needed to cancel the parking. Using their chat service, I was connected to Ceri T. I expected to have to pay a £10 cancellation fee, but she confirmed there was no fee and arranged the cancellation for me straight away.
On the downside, I didn't find their website as easy to use as HE, but this service was exceptional. Thank you Ceri.

Great service!

Chloe was so helpful when amending my booking, she replied quickly to all my questions and helped make the changes with no fuss. This is one of the reasons I always book with FHR - thank you FHR and thank you Chloe!

Great Customer Service

I was unable to find my lounge passes within my emails. Sent a request with the few details I had. Very quick reply with all the information needed. Very helpful and efficient service, highly recommend

Such an easy booking

Such an easy booking, staff are very helpful and welcoming. Quick pick up from airport. Amazing service. I booked parking last year and have come back again.
