I've used Bristol Sky Parks three times now, once park and ride, and twice meet and greet. All services have been great with brilliant communication. I cannot fault any of the services. Great value for money compared to other companies.

Not only was I quoted a good price for our holiday parking, but as the price had reduced I got a refund. Which was in my bank account very quickly.
I made a mistake on the booking this was sorted very quickly and politely. I have used FHR quite a few times and would not hesitate to use them again. Kirstie looked after me very well.
Terrible Experience!
I booked via FHR with a company called CSL.
My experience was terrible. My wife, car and I finally arrived home nearly 11 hours after having landed owing to the apparent negligence of CSL.
I have contacted FHR and forwarded the comments/invoice from the key/ignition specialist who repaired my vehicle.
They however seem to be totally unconcerned that their agent (CSL)have apparently been so unprofessional and have caused a client so much cost and inconvenience.
I would strongly suggest in future they vet and review their sub-contractors more diligently!

DO NOT USE this company
DO NOT USE this company. The meet and great company that we booked through FHR were a scam. We called them on landing at Stanstead airport and nobody answered, despite us calling over and over again. There were many other families in the same situation as us. We didn’t know where our cars were and nobody would answer. When someone finally answered, we were told there were no drivers to get our car and we had to get a taxi to a remote piece of scrap land 10 minutes from the airport. It was pitch black, many families already there and the company couldn’t find their keys or cars! Some cars were left with windows open and keys in them! We waited for over 2.5 hours for them to look for our car and they couldn’t find it! This is all at 2am. We called the number again and finally someone answered to tell us we were in the wrong car park! We had to go back to the airport and they would bring it to us there. Luckily one of the taxis who had dropped some people off was still there to bring us to the airport. Overall, it took 2.5 hours to track down our car. Absolutely disgusting company to treat people like this. If you’re using meet and greet at Stanstead, you must use the official airport company.
Extra Charges!
Parking is easy, but what they don't tell you is that you get charged for the underground connection! This is advertised as free, and also told to you by the driver that drops you off! I wasn't told that we would have pay £21 each way for 3 passengers. Would not recommend at all!!!

Have used FHR for many years and so booked parking with them for our next trip. Unfortunately our plans changed and we had to cancel. Process was straightforward and done in a friendly, professional way. Got a refund of the total cost less our booking fee.

FHR are featured on Money Saving Expert as having competitive prices and a further discount using an MSE code.
They very kindly got my booking amended at short notice when my car broke down despite missing an amendment deadline so customer service is excellent. Would definitely use them again.
Top class customer service!
Such good customer service and so quick to resolve things. I had to change the date of my booking and this was quickly done, then I needed to change the car linked to the booking. Again, this was done immediately. The professionalism and speed of service from the staff is exceptional!
