Slow to bring me my car.
I used this ´meet & greet’ service to save me from using Bristol Silver Zone parking, but it took over 30 mins to get my car to me after I’d phoned to say I had my luggage. If I’d gone with Silver zone I’d have been long gone.

Flight cancelled so collection time was rearranged
Our return flight was cancelled by the airline and the company issued us with a revised time for the car collection within a couple of hours of our request.

Missing coat, dismissive reply
I used meet and greet Heathrow parking. Whilst they were timely in meeting me, both on arrival and car return, I have not been able to locate a Jack Wolfskin men’s coat which had been left in the car. The coat was in the car at drop-off but missing thereafter. I alerted the company a couple days later as at the time of pickup I was packing luggage and managing my two year old. I contacted the company requesting this to be investigated and I was met with a couple of dismissive emails. Do not leave anything in your car if you choose to use this company.
