I was unable to go out in the ice and snow in Long Island City. I ordered some liquor from Booze Carriage one night. Although it didn't show up the next day, when I called and spoke to Dave, he straightened things out. GREAT service with VERY nice people!! I was SO happy that I found this service!!

I ordered a bottle of wine and a bottle of scotch. The scotch I requested was gone, but they called and worked out a replacement quickly. About an hour after I initially ordered, both were delivered to my front door. (The wine was so-so, but it was what I ordered.)

site doesnt really work on tablets. Also, I have to enter my credit card info everytime, no save option. Also, you should notify me of delivery hours when I'm checking out, not just on the homepage

very pleased to find a company that does this! great and inexpensive wine selections, friendly delivery man. overall, good. will be back again.

I looooove Booze Carriage! They partner with tons of liquor stores and their selection is great. Their customer service is even better. Deliveries are always on time and the prices really are competitive.

The wine came really speedily and the guy who brought it was very nice. Can't wait to use the service again.

Your site needs work - search is impossible and very frustrating. I constantly get sent to error pages and it takes forever to load pages for some unknown reason.

I wanted to send a celebratory bottle of gin to my brother, who had recently been accepted into a prestigious fellowship program, and this service made it easy for me to congratulate him, even though I live in DC. Delivered right on time!

Great wines offered, quick & friendly service. All of this delivered with a smile quicker than it would take me to walk out into the cold to a local wine seller. Especially during this cold winter!

I use Booze Carriage a lot to send clients gifts and plan client parties. Recently I had a little snafu with getting a keg delivered and everyone was very helpful. There were some moments of silence that made me a little nervous that we weren't going to be able to pull through with plans, but I think I was mostly just nervous because we were days away from the event. All in all Dave at Booze Carriage was and has continued to be extremely helpful. If a choice that you made is out of stock they will call you and offer alternatives. Not ideal, but easy and convenient--which in NYC is sometimes better than ideal.

Boozecarriage is a fabulous service that I have used a number of times for company events. Each experience has exceeded me expectations and I highly recommend. The order arrived a few minutes before the expected hour time slot I entered in. It was packaged nicely and the order was correct.

Always helpful on the phone, very fast delivery. Only remark is I understand that beer/wine/liquor can't be mixed in a single order but would be nice to place order for beer/wine/liquor and non-alcoholic mixers. Great site tho !

I was setting up for a night of going out. I called Boozecarriage up and by the time I was ready and people were showing up, my booze showed up. Worked flawlessly in the case and a few others. Delivery times are stable. Definitely a time saver.

I used BoozeCarriage for some holiday beverages. I was blown away by the delivery to my door. It was ideal since I was in a time crunch, but I'll use it in the future just to save the hassle of extra liquor store trips. Plus, I'm able to get harder to find items. LOVE this company/service!! Needed an item shipped to another state as a gift, had no idea which local liquor store to use so I just used BC and worked out great. My client got the card and the wine and was happy!

I have been very impressed! Deliveries are timely and hassle free! When there was a question about my order I received a phonecall and we worked out the issue together with amazing personal attention... and then an after hours delivery by the local shop owner. Do not hesitate to use this service!! It's a Godsend for those last minute gifts!!

I just sent a bottle of champagne to a friend via Boozecarriage. They were out of the specific brand that I had purchased, but I was called, by a very pleasant clerk, within a few minutes of the order, given a different brand of champagne that was just a little higher quality than the one I had originally purchased, and it was at her place in 30 minutes! I can't wait to use Boozecarriage again... maybe tonight?
