I've used it only once but plan to use it more in the future!

My experience with that one delivery was that it was timely and affordable.

Nice to know that Boozecarriage is there when I need to order something for my boss.

this is a great web based door to door booze delivery service, whether you want wine, beer, spirits or mixers. It's fast (under an hour) and convenient. My only comments would be the web site needs to be a little easier/faster to use, and they need to have a better selection. However, if they don't have what you want, they will always call to ask if you want a substitution and provide it at the same price of what you ordered if it retails at a higher price. They have very good customer service too.

Simply awesome. Booze delivery? Yes, thank you. Super fast, great prices and convenient. Especially when you can't get it together to walk to the store ;)

I love this idea. I think its incredible service that NYC needs, and I continue to use it, despite its major flaws. I have NOT ONCE ordered wine that was in stock. Every, single, time that I order wine, I get a call saying its out of stock, and they are replacing it. Every single time, its replaced with a bottle at a slightly lower price point, with no refund. I also have had some horrendously late orders. Once I waited close to four hours. It wouldnt have been a big deal, but I was in the middle of hosting a dinner party and would have just run out to buy a bottle instead. I placed several calls requesting updates, and all of them said 30 minutes. It still took over four hours. I was told Id receive a call from the manager the following Monday and never did. Then it happened again. I waited for over two hours. No one ever responded to my requests for a credit.

I have used this service on a weekly basis for the past four months and I regret having to do so. It's a great idea for a service but I have routinely experienced UI issues on the site. These have included inconsistent inventory, having to re-enter duplicate information multiple times and having to log out and log back in to complete an order.

The receipt of the goods is equally troublesome. I have had orders not show up at all, despite multiple calls to Booze Carriage and promises from Booze Carriage to call me back. I have had delivery people show up hours early and not drop any products off or show up hours late with no explanation.

Booze Carriage has a great, unique service but the execution and my experience with them has been, frankly, dreadful.

Ridiculously fast, really reliable and staffed by a team of very friendly, thoughtful and capable people. I confidently would recommend BC to everyone needing a booze delivery in NYC

the alternates were fine, but suggest they keep more stock or update website. at the very least substitute for higher priced items.

I wouldn't recommend this service at all. I ordered a bottle of vodka and it arrived 2 days later. I needed the alcohol that night because I had friends over. We waited and waited. No email letting me know when it would arrive. When I placed the order the website read it would be delivered same day. I placed a complaint and customer service did nothing about it.

I've used BoozeCarriage several times now, and had flawless service all but once. Most of my orders were delivered in about a half an hour, and were always correct. One time I did have an issue, with an order not being delivered within the one hour specified. I emailed support, and the order showed up about 20 minutes later. So, all-in-all, I think they're doing pretty well, and will definitely continue to use their service.

Took my order then called back in 30 mins to tell me they couldn't deliver. Won't try again, sorry.

Great service and great idea. Have run into an issue with inventory not being available after placing an order. Refund was processed quickly - but they should do a better job of managing what is sold online when there's nothing left on the shelves. Will continue to use the service.

Great delivery service. Great website. Wish there was a far greater selection to choose from. A mobile app would be great as well.

I really want to love this service, however, it just takes too long. The stated ETA on the website is simply not accurate. I use them if I know I have 3-4 hours before I need the booze.

This is the best service I've ever come across. For personal use, I couldn't as for a more convenient way to drink. For business use, it makes my life a million times easier to coordinate events as I can buy large quantities and not have to worry about how I'm going to pick them up and deliver them to the space or deal with distributors. Although prices are a little higher than I would normally spend, you can't beat the convenience. Awesome service!

Booze Carriage is great, except for every time I request the beer to be delivered cold, with plenty of time allotted, it never shows up cold!
