Boozecarriage 

I love using Booze Carriage for ordering beer for same-day delivery for my company. The prices are pretty great for the service provided, and the beers options are varied. We have never had a problem with any delivery, and we use this service about once a week. The only reason why I didn't rate Booze Carriage as 5 stars is that sometimes the website is slow and/or doesn't load properly, and I spend time having to re-enter my order.

I liked the idea of this service but using it has been problematic in the following ways:
1. finding items on the website (i.e. triple sec or cointreau) - the search is not intuitive
2. on multiple occasions vendors did not have stock. 1.75 liters of major brands of vodka like kettle one or absolut. Or tequila like Cuervo Gold.
3. The prices don't seem competitive. a bit on the high side.

I highly recommend using Booze Carriage. I first turned to them when I broke my ankle and so was not able to run out and by wine - and within 45 minutes, it was at my door (already chilled too!). I've since ordered from Booze Carriage numerous times, and I've always had a positive experience.

Booze Carriage is a great service with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the nature of the business is such that things have to be subcontracted extensively.

Sometimes it's lightning fast. Sometimes it blows the 30-60 window entirely. That's just the nature of the beast.

I moved to Jackson Heights, Roosevelt Ave and you don't deliver around here. Which sucks because the area only has 2 small liquor stores that don't have the stuff I buy.

Put in an order in, in the morning and had the delivery in the afternoon in the middle of manhattan without manhattan prices very impressive

Awesome idea to deliver especially when it is winter out, but the customer service as well as delivery service could definitely use some improvement. Also, why am I the only friend who knows about this? You guys need more social media/advertising! I would be happy to help :D!

I order stuff for job parties from here all the time. Sometimes they have odd hours in which they are not delivering, BUT that's not a big deal because the site is AWESOME otherwise. Instead of having to take a cab or walk with ten other people to go get some booze for an office party, I can just order it, and it comes to me, and I don't have to go anywhere. Another con is that you can't get wine and beer at the same time, but I think that has to do with NY legal stuff, and you can just order the wine right after ordering the beer, so it's not a big deal.

Placed an order. Never delivered and no contact from booze carriage. I had to call them and then was told "the delivery person went home early."

I've had many successfull orders in the past and have relied on Booze Carriage for last-minute dinner parties etc. This recent experience changed my perception permanently. I will no longer rely on Booze Carrisge when I'm in a bind.

I've loved using BoozeCarriage to have wine and beer delivered either for office parties or to my home if I'm not in the mood to go out or don't have time. In Manhattan, service is always prompt (I did have a longer wait time in Brooklyn, but that's understandable). My only complaint is that sometimes if the wine store is out of something, they'll replace it with a wine that is not of the same caliber. For example -- a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc should never be replaced with a California Sauvignon Blanc. Because... gross.

Other than that, it's awesome!

All good. Timely delivery, no issues. Looking forward to slightly better selection. If they can get their hands on the new Ron Burgundy branded scotch I'll be a customer for life.

Booze Carriage has estimated a delivery time of 45 minutes to 1 hour every time I've ordered but never once has it arrived within that hour timeframe. I don't mind waiting longer for a delivery but the company should give its customers more accurate delivery estimates.

I wanted to send a friend in NY a bottle of wine after she had a particularly bad day. I'm in Oregon, and had no idea how to go about it. I Googled and found Boozecarriage. They went out of their way to help me locate a specific bottle of Oregon wine and get it to her that very day! It was a difficult bottle to locate, but customer service was awesome, and took care of everything perfectly. I will definitely use them again!

Super fast delivery and tons of alcohol to choose from. I highly recommend using BoozeCarriage when you are too lazy to walk to the liquor store :)

Best thing in the city in terms of reliability and selection.

Though they don't always delver on the 60-minutes-or-less promise, they've never been more than 10 minutes late. For a super busy student, this website is one of the greatest things ive ever found.
