Very Easy from time of ordering, to time of Delivery,which was as stated Next day, will be my first choice if i require further grass seed, many thanks.

we made orders for two customers to be delivered to the same address at the same time to save transport costs. We could not understand why they were delivered by 3 vans over 2 days.

But ordering to delivery superb

Ordering my seeds was very easy but delivery by Evri not so good. The first delivery time & date I received an Email at 12.47pm saying my delivery would be between 01.30 - 03.30pm I was out & returned home to find out by Email they'd tried to deliver but nobody home/ No card through the door or telephone call just an Email.
2nd attempt Email received 12.30 pm stating delivery would be around 01.30 - 03.30pm. The package arrived at my door about 02.50pm, he rang the door bell & by the time I opened the door it was leant against my front door & he was getting into his car.
GOOD SERVICE---DEFINATELY NOT.

The delivery said overnight. The delivery company failed to deliver as per the statement overnight. I was not informed of the delay. When l contacted Boston the reply was there was a delay and my delivery would be in the next 24 / 48 hrs. I had to request the credit of the delivery cost. The company seemed at the poor service provided by its delivery company.

Excellent service. Within 6 days the premier seeds are beginning to germinate and I am very pleased. The lawn was in very bad condition and I am in the early stages of overseeding but this is a promising start. Thank you.

Ordered fertiliser and was supposed to be delivered next day by DHL. Five have go by and still waiting, DHL making up false claims about reason for non delivery

I paid for Saturday delivery, waited in and as it hadn’t been marked for next day delivery, it was delivered on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, to the wrong address! As it was a heavy sack of grass seed I had to ask my son to drive round to pick it up, the label for delivery clearly had the correct address. DHL are not a good delivery company to use

the product arrived well packed and affordable. It remains to be seen how effective it is on difficult lawns traumatised by the drought this summer but initial usage results are positive. the delivery was less good as the product was simply left in the halway and I was unaware of its arrival.
