Ruby is also is so friendly and helpful - Ruby helped me with my points which was fixed so quickly.

I agree the material feels buttery. However, the material is also super thin on the mini boundless shorts. They feel very similar to ones brought from shein. Even after one wash following the washing instruction guidelines and washing the items by themselves, they unfortunately started to pill. I don't think they're worth the price. Just my honest opinion.

I had an issue with an order a few weeks ago and ruby sorted it out within hours and got me sent out a new set. I am a bound apparel customer for years and the customer service is truly amazing. Thanks Ruby!!

I had an accidental mixup of orders in the pop up shop & contacted customer service. Unfortunately due to technical difficulties I was a while waiting on a reply however Ruby got in contact and couldn’t have been kinder and more apologetic. She handled everything swiftly with professionalism and empathy even including an extremely generous gift in my replacement order which must have been posted immediately upon reading my email. I have been a long time bound customer and cannot fault the girls in any capacity & am certain I’ll be ordering again soon.

Firstly, their customer service is amazing! Ruby was very helpful when I emailed regarding an issue I experienced with their rewards system (which you should deffo sign up for btw!!). I bought the watermelon co ord and I am obsessed!! The quality is amazing. I really hope they restock the Tua Tank soon!

Shop looked amazing, got a zippy and crew jumper and they are so so comfy, good quality material and wash excellent. Girls in shop went way above their call to assist you in any way. Excellent experience. Will purchase more of their clothing. And im over 50 but highly recommend. Real comfy

Amazing is the only word to describe this brand. Yes their clothes are incredible but their customer service is next level. I had a small issue with an order and Ruby got back to me so quick and had it sorted In no time , she was so lovely and genuinely went above and beyond for me. This brand is just incredible and this is exactly why I shop here repeatedly. They truly are one of the best brands out there & a brand who really do value their customers.

I seriously cannot speak more highly of Bound Apparel. I saw a million girls walking around with Bound bags on my trip to Dublin. I spoke to a local and they said I "MUST go!" And I am a good listener, so I did.

I purchased a track set at the pop-up in Dublin to wear on the plane back home to the US. The girls working there were so friendly and helpful. I discovered an issue before I left, and they were so quick to respond and resolve the problem (even though I had already left the country and made it a bigger hassle for them). Huge shoutout to Ruby! You are exceptional!

As for the hoodie and track pants; they are fabulous. High quality and incredibly comfortable. Perfect for the Chicago winters! I can't wait to see Bound continue to grow and thrive.
