Fantastic customer service from Bound Apparel!

I recently had an issue with a pair of leggings so I got in touch with the team and Ruby was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She sorted everything out quickly and arranged for a replacement pair to be sent to me without any hassle.

It's so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind its products and looks after its customers. Ruby's friendly, professional service made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The quality of the clothing is amazing, and the customer service is even better. I'll definitely be ordering from Bound Apparel again. Highly recommend!

I bought the navy zip up in size large but exchanged to Small. There was a understandable mix up with the exchange but was no worries at all as all it was dealt with very quick by Ruby who provided efficient and amazing costumer service. Very comfy and cute hoody so im very happy overall!

so so helpful and kind, Ruby was so quick to help and resolve the issue with the potential of my parcel being lost in transit. She kept me up to date with the process of my order being resent to me. Bound were so helpful with their customer service. I emailed about an issue I had with a pair of shorts and got a reply off of Ruby within minutes. Customer service was 10/10

I emailed Bound Apparel around 10/11pm last night and I received an email back within the hour! I was so shocked. I was having difficulty with my tracking and Ruby so kindly helped me figure out what was going on. She was so sweet and understanding and replied to my emails super quick and with such kind words! It was amazing customer service, she actually cared about what you had to say… unlike other companies who just reply with AI these days.

I really appreciate all the help she gave me and I would 100% recommend to purchase from Bound and can’t wait to put in my next order ☺️

The quality of the clothes is absolutely top notch. I wanted to exchange my track pants and there was amazing customer service from Ruby with quick replies and being so kind and helpful. All packages are delivered within days so there is definitely no waiting around. Overall I had an amazing experience with the company and would definitely purchase from them again, so worth it!
