Great responses from the Customer Service team in UAE both by email and a peŕsonal call to complete my address details.
Gorgeous peices ordered in the sale and wish I could have kept them all.
Was very fortunate to catch the team at the London store before inevitable social distancing etc. To hand off my return items in person. The returns process may look complex, it wouldnt have been at all but i didnt want to risk delays in transport due to Covid 19. Plenty of return options though. Super happy and super reassured by a very personalised experience. Beautiful, clothes both online and in store!

I'm beyond disappointed with the…
I had a hard time paying at the store + I'm beyond disappointed with the quality of the dress after the alternation and how no action was taken after the feedback I gave about the outcome. Because of this I missed the first quarter of my sister's wedding running in the night searching for an open tailor to fix the terrible and cheap quality zipper that was exchanged with the original one by their tailor. I'll make sure no one I know risks his money, occasion and time purchasing from Boutique 1.
