in store service at the Mall of the Emirates boutique was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager was very rude and made it very difficult.

No refund after 10 days.
I've been told that I was supposed to get a refund confirmation email the next day but it's been more than a week and no email. I understand its Christmas but I called on the 7th day to the shop and the sales assistant told me that she will tell her management team but 4 days later still no email.
Please advise.

Placing and receiving the order was quick, however returns are cumbersome and not straight forward, I need to return an item and I do not have return labels or any info on how to return it. I have contacted customer services and they said they would send me all the info but 5 days later I haven't heard from them again and I am still chasing.... Their UK customer services phone number doesn't work. Dissapointed.
