I placed an order over 1 week ago and have heard nothing since, I have emailed a few times and still heard nothing, no customer service whatsoever, I would rather my order was just cancelled and refunded, website states they aim to reply on same day, obviously lies, very angry customer.

I really don't think you want my review, because the customer service has been non-existent. You were unable to fulfil my first choice, and my second choice turned out to be unsuitable. I returned it by first class post, I have photographic evidence of it arriving with you, and I'm still awaiting a refund, 3 days later. Will I shop with you again? Never‼️

I had been searching for a particular shape and size of non-padded bra and was delighted to find it on the ‘BraForMe’ website at a much better price than elsewhere. Delivery and packaging was prompt and simple - not excessive and wasteful. I will definitely shop with you again when I need my next bra.

package was delivered and left on my drive. I have not received the items checked with my neighbours. No one has it . fair amount spent and have no products that i would have like for holiday still awaiting to be resolved !!

The range is extensive and it was straightforward to find what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and both bras I ordered fit well and offer good support. There’s a range of prices to suit different budgets.

All as described. I was a bit worried after reading the bad reviews but I had a great experience. Would buy again.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They sell products that are not in stock and they are not shipped within time frame provided (3-5 days) of placing an order. I had to contact them regarding that order as they didn't inform me that one of the bras was not available.
Refunds are as bad. I have returned few item which they received 16 days ago and I haven't got my money back as yet.

I have found BraForMe to be fine; prompt deliveries,
appropriate communications and good website.
Unfortunately, the bra I recently ordered does not fit well. I don't blame BraForMe for that, as we are all different shapes, and sizes vary between brands. I had this bra in my usual 36F but it was too tight all over, so I ordered 38G which of course is too big.
The bra is Sculptresse, Bliss 10685. I do not reccommend it if you need firm support. The price is ok for what it is.

Absolutely terrible company do not recommend.

I ordered a bra on the 9th April and it was never delivered to me.

The company have used half of the shipping information for my Billing address, combined with half of the information for my shipping address and tried to send the parcel there.

Of course it was never delivered. I tried emailing this company THREE times only to be left with no response. I’m now disputing my payment to hopefully get a refund, with no thanks to this absolutely terrible company.

Don’t waste your money, absolute scam.

Ordered 2 bras but unfortunately one was out of stock. BraForme contacted me straight away by email and I was able to choose another. Both arrived quickly. Good quality and great price. Would have given 5 stars if the original bra I ordered was in stock.
