Excellent service. I knew exactly what I wanted, Braforme had it at a good price, the site worked well and ordering was easy. My purchase arrived well packed and on time. Very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely use Braforme me again. Thank you!

Buyer Beware - Dreadful Internet Business
Braforme has inaccurate stock levels and a very poor communication system with NO telephone number.
I placed an order, after 3 DAYS (!!!) I was emailed to tell me some items were not available - I replied within 4 HOURS to cancel the order.
Braforme dispatched the order anyway☹️ - because, apparently, I did not reply soon enough ??!!****!!
I will update this review with how well Braforme sort out the mess they have created by selling things they don’t have and ignoring their customers communications.
UPDATE - 28 April 2026
I was offered a free return and Braforme have refunded the outgoing postage charge. HOWEVER, despite returning the items on day they arrived I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND …………..☹️😡
UPDATE - 11 May 2026
…… And surprise, surprise, despite Braforme confirming they received the items on 23 April, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND of £129.60 …..I have now raised a case through PAYPAL ………….

I had a problem initiating a return. However, Poppy was so very helpful and nothing was a problem to her.

Poor communication
I ordered items on 3rd April and it’s now 16th April - I haven’t had any communication from them regarding delivery, and it looks like my order hasn’t been despatched. There’s no phone number on the website, and my written query hasn’t been answered. I need the items for my holiday on 20th April. How long does it take to post a few items? I’m very unimpressed.
Update: they got in touch and sent my items next day delivery
