Company has always delivered when they said they would with plenty of notice on order deadlines , really quality products in the past . We recently had an issue with an item rubbing under the logo but Cindy from customer services replied straight away and has tried to resolve it for me so thanks loads Cindy !

Had a very positive experience using customer service
Had a very positive experience using Brigade customer service, I made 3 orders due to extra items needed and the inability to combine orders. When the jumpers came in measuring smaller than anticipated I mentioned this to Cindy who arranged a free return and exchange in record time for my son’s first day of school next week!
Cannot have asked for more from Cindy! Thank you again!!
