According to the airline's policy, a complimentary (FOC) reissue waiver is available only in the event of death and does not apply to medical conditions. Our previous response accurately reflects the circumstances of this case. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions, as we are required to adhere to the airline's rules and policies.

We were planning a vacation to Turkiye…
We were planning a vacation to Turkiye with our family from UK. One of our aunts recommended Parul Jadav to us as a resource for the vacation especially for travel from UK.
We contacted Parul a couple of months before our vacation and upon the first couple of calls we could see he understood our requirement and was providing relevant input and suggesting hotels/resorts in Antalya, Turkiye that would fit our needs and budget. He formed a Whatsapp group with us and the family in UK so we could communicate effectively.
Throughout the entire vacation planning , Parul was available to respond to all our queries.
He helped us throughout the process to overcome various issues / obstacles including wheelchair assistance for the parents at airport & hotel, working out a process so we could pay for vacation from USA, ensuring our all our dietary needs were communicated to the hotel guest relations desk, arranging with the hotel so they could decorate the room & one Ala carte restaurant for an 80th birthday celebration.
Also since we had elderly family in UK, he went the extra effort to get the boarding passes for both ways for them.
We had a fantastic vacation with no major issues and we owe in large part a big thanks to Parul . In over 30 years of vacationing, I have never come across a travel consultant/planner/agent who is as friendly, dedicated, communicative and customer focused as he is. Even while we were on vacation he checked on us a couple of times to see that all was going well and we did not have any issues.
I have recommended him to some of my family relatives and friends in UK and I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a top notch travel planner. He went above and beyond, while exceeding our expectations,
You will not be disappointed!
