"Had a mixed trip to Dubai with Brightsun Travel. Highlights included great customer service from Pavan Gupta and fantastic drivers (Sultaan and Qamar Zaman) who were knowledgeable and friendly. However, vendor issues let us down - the cruise didn't match the 'private Luxury Yacht' promise and the city tour felt rushed, with some stops skipped. The drivers seemed more focused on their next tour than showing us Dubai. Appreciated the efforts to resolve issues (like the Burj Khalifa ticket mix-up), but it was a stressful day. Would recommend Pavan for his service, and Qamar Zaman for safari tours 👍."

Best travel agency ever..Amin from Brightsun kept in touch with…
Amin from Brightsun kept in touch with me all the time throughout the air traffic crises.
Made sure i was ok and got me back home !
Monitored my whole journey to the end and checked to make sure that i had arrived safely.
