Fraud/Scam
I had a very disappointing experience with BrightSun Travels.
I purchased a flight ticket through the company in good faith and made full payment using my credit card. The booking was handled by an individual identifying himself as Jason Roy. I was assured that the ticket would be issued promptly after payment.
Unfortunately, after the payment was processed, I did not receive a valid ticket confirmation or flight reservation. Multiple attempts to contact the company and the representative via phone and email went unanswered. Communication completely stopped once the payment had been made.
As a result, I was left without a ticket and without a refund. I have since had to escalate the matter through my credit card provider due to non-delivery of the service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before making any payments to BrightSun Travels. My experience involved non-delivery of services and a complete lack of post-payment communication, which caused significant inconvenience and financial distress.
I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

I got a lot of help from Danilo in customer service.
I was very sceptical when I had to pay in full before receiving any documents etc. and kept ringing them and worrying. However, I received everything within three days. Only problem was I found out that I had to pay the taxi fare back to the airport which is 16 miles away. Danilo was very helpful though and I will know more when I have been on our experience. So far, so good.

Travel agent worth considering
Phone call answered quickly by agents who spoke clearly & politely. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the computer of the agent I was dealing, & the call was passed to another of his colleague, so I had to repeat details for the booking which was time consuming.
If the agent was not sure with anything I enquired they put me on hold, & after checking correct information was provided which is appreciated.
There price for ticket is competitive.
I was satisfied with the service provided & will use them again
