From the point of enquiry about my car and the version. I felt the responsiveness and the assurance that I placed the correct order. I then had a problem, after fitment with Android Auto connection and Kevin help me resolve this issue. In addition having not heard from me about a potential fix he followed up, un-prompted to check I was ok. I could not ask for more!

Fantastic help and support from Patrick . He's answered all my questions quickly. Follow up by him has been amazing as I still have had some questions. Absolutely loving my screen at last I have reversing and front cameras and maps. I also had tyre sensors ,dash cam and front camera fitted. The big screen is great. I'm very happy with the service from Patrick and would highly recommend him and the screen for my Ford Ranger .

Best purchase for my car that i’ve made so far. I currently own a 2014 Prado Gxl 150 and they had the perfect head unit for me! A few little hiccups here and there during install (e.g. trying to connect steering wheel controls to the head unit itself) But it was a pretty quick fix. Just gotta make sure to connect everything up but besides that it’s a high quality product if I must say so myself, Been using it for roughly about 2 weeks, no issues and working as well as advertised. I did come across some issues but Kevin from service team was fast, reliable and super helpful with any queries via email! Highly recommend and very happy with the purchase :)

I purchased a unit for my nissan dualis, it arrived packed well and i was impressed, it fitted very well and looks factory but i had a few problems with streaming but when i emailed support they sorted it out fast and now i can stream perfect from apps like netflix ect so thanks Tommy you were a big help. Was a bit worried about purchasing a head unit for my Ranger online but the whole process went smoothly without issue. Being an older person I found the plug and play a bit daunting but got it up and running over a few hours. Once installed, the unit looks like it came factory fitted in the car and actually looks heaps better than the original. Took me quite a while to work out how to use everything as I'm not very techo but I must say I'm very impressed with how everything works especially the android auto and the rear view camera. The navigation set up is fantastic and now wish I had bought this unit sooner. Overall I am 100% happy with this unit and for the price it represents excellent value for money to the point I am now considering buying another one for my other vehicle. Also, a very very BIG thankyou to Kevin who persevered with my lack of skills in this field and guided me through my issues in setting things up - I can't thank Kevin enough !!

Get back to emails and questions very quickly. Very helpful and they give plenty information on the website. The product is very good with good sound. It made my stock speaker system in my Navara NP300 sound better.

Kevin was responsive to the questions asked and ws able to help resolve all the issues.

The unit I brought was faulty. Contacted the team and they refunded my money strait away. Can’t fault that. Happy they were professional about it.

I bought an Android head unit for my wife's Nissan Pulsar two years ago as well as an external microphone and more recently a reversing camera. I have required some support for the installation and configuration of all of these, and Kevin and Tommy have been extremely responsive and helpful in solving my issues.
