Fast and very competent installation.

The stair lift chair has given us peace of mind. Virginia at age 92 is a fall risk, now we don't have to worry about her using the stairs.

Stair Lift is great. Young man that installed was nice and professional. Crystal in the office was wonderful.

Sales, administative and installation professionals in our opinion are top notch in every category. From Jennifer (salesperson), Shannon (adminitrative person) and Frank (the installation person) were all equally helpful in answering any of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable in dealing with the product.

Jonas Boutte and his team did an excellent job installing the chair lift. Jonas was honest, respectful and informative in selling the lift to me. The team transferred the home's handrailing to the opposite wall and installed the lift in about four hours. They vacuumed the stairs and left a clean area. I would recommend this team to anyone considering installing a chair lift.

Bruno stairlift has worked for the past 4 years . We recently had Ascend Elevators and lift serviced it and changed out batteries which had failed. They checked out all functions, cleaned the rails and lubricated it.

Some challenges registering the products were exacerbated by Bruno's refusal to speak with a customer directly. A query to Bruno's customer service received no follow-up.

I understand that Bruno's business model depends on local vendors/installers to provide customer service, but to have no procedure in place to address such a fundamental problem is a structural weakness.

The salesperson was honest in giving his opinion and suggestions. Product is good and well made. Installation was good and the installers did a good job working in the space. Would definately recommend them and the product is great too.

installation was fast and everything was explained to us very well.

We live in a tri-level house with bathrooms on the bottom floor and the top floor. We have a staircase lift from the middle floor to the top floor and a staircase from the middle floor to the bottom floor and I’ve had my foot operated on and have been on a scooter and in a cast or boot for 10 weeks. They are a life saver for me to move around in my house safely. May 11th was surgery and I still can not stand or walk on my foot.

Installation was quick and easy. He was done in a very short time. Only negative is that once in a while the lift quits while going up or down. After a short pause it works again. Doesn’t do it all the time, just on occasion .
