The company and their people are excellent.
The Bruno stairlife works, but it is installed over a wood stair case and has a metal rail. The flex of the wood and the metal make it too noisy. Many times we thought it would break, but the service tech assured us that it would not and even if one tower failed, the others would not. Again, we could not live without it but it is too noisy. Also, I greased the track and the service tech told me that I used too much grease. There were no guide lines for noise reduction or on how much grease to us. Thanks for asking.

The Joey Bruno Lift was installed in my van, and it is easy to use and adds so much to my mobility freedom. I was pleased with the whole installation process and the folks at United Access. Yesterday I took my first recreational outing with it and was blessed with the freedom to take my chair on a boardwalk path into the woods. I highly recommend this product, and it allows for so much more freedom than just getting to medical appointments.

Well made , compact design, easy to use, quiet , comfortable , like the powered rail feature that moves it out of the way from hallway when seated in chair lift, & the switch to turn it off at night so you don't hear it and still move up stairs. Also leaves a fair amount of room in the staircase . My wife is the one that uses it & loves it .

He was very personable and attentive and straightforward, and did a great job with installation and was very prompt in installing. The stair lifts are a godsend! I really needed to have them installed because I have a bad knee. I could not be happier!
