Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd Avis

Excellent customer service, even advised that the product I was purchasing could be a FREE replacement from Velux. He gave up a sale - what an honest bloke. Much appreciated. Would deal with again.

Ordered from a company i knew has been in leeds for a number of years, and I wasn’t disappointed with purchase delivered in a couple of days, I haven’t checked delivery yet but is well packed so I’m sure it’ll be fine.

Good communication, great product, well packaged and as required. winning!

From placing my order to receiving the goods it was efficiency all the way!

Easy to use website and delivered when they said it would be

Received early and before Christmas despite the chaos of deliveries!

Thanks guys you excelled!

Easy to use website and quick to get parcel sent out to me

A vital piece missing from 'sealed' box hence dropped a star. Having said that customer service was excellent and the part sent quickly.

Web advertised incorrect rates and nobody came back to me after asking if I wanted a proper quote.

Truck from Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd entered our property in our absence and taken material from our house without our permission. The company refuse to return the material until now. very risky and unreliable company, be careful.
we have CCTV footage prove the truck enter our property
