Be prepared. My delivery came very quickly - luckily I was in and it wasn't raining - and the courier was gone before I could blink let alone ask for a hand moving it.
It was exactly as promised and delivered super quickly. Can't really ask for much ore can you?

Bought a remnant, exactly as described ,delivered within 48hrs, was well wrapped and protected, we then ordered some coir matting sold by metre, again delivered within 48hrs, well packaged, extremely happy with service and carpet/coir mat

Excellent quality roll vinyl and it looks fantastic!
The samples I ordered arrived with a few days, which was brilliant and I was able to choose what I wanted.
I ordered two rolls of vinyl for bedrooms (I have a cat who sometimes has accidents and another who scratches carpets). This is meant to be a temporary measure, but the flooring looks amazing! It’s foam backed, so comfortable under foot. The wood effect pattern looks brilliant and just as good as the more expensive click vinyl laid on the landing. The vinyl was delivered within three days and the quality is fantastic. I highly recommend.

The carpet I recievied was not what I ordered it should have been centurion invictus silkworm it was only half the thickness it should have been the customer has not noticed she has had invictus Orion whitch is a cheaper carpet off another supplier what is twice as thick

The carpet you received was indeed the one ordered, and Centurion Invictus and Orion have different colour ranges, so they would look quite different. We haven't received prior complaints about this situation from yourself.

We never insisted you should be 'happy' with having extra carpet. You asked why the remnant was slightly bigger, we let you know we had to send another piece of the the same carpet which was 40cm bigger than the one you ordered. We assumed it would not be an issue as carpets are generally cut into place. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused
