Prompt delivery. Although had a slight glitch about the order, which meant that the carpet I had ordered turned out not to be available I was sent an excellent alternative at no extra cost.

Can’t comment on carpet as it hasn’t been laid yet but it looks to be good value for money. Delivery was within 3 days as promised

Everything went smoothly untill delivery- the address label had a wring address and it was delivered to the wrong house. Luckily I traced it because our address is similar and its happened before .

Good carpet delivered quickly

We found Burt's online whist hunting for a carpet we had been told from our usual supplier had been discontinued. Panicked and with 2 rooms still to finish, I contacted Burt's who was showing they had this carpet on the website. I spoke with a lovely man called Brandon,explained
we needed this particular carpet and he contacted the supplier directly, confirming it wasn't discontinued and ordered it for us. Honestly such a helpful guy a credit to the company. He kept us updated every step of the way with delivery too.

I have been juggling ordering from a shop or online for months, some people said it was risky as you don’t know what you’re going to get. I did my research on Burts, and after receiving several samples, plus they answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful every time I contacted them, I decided I would take the plunge as their prices and quality appeared to be the best out there. I have received my carpets now and I am delighted to say they are top notch quality. Very good price on an Abingdon carpet. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the carpet to arrive at Burts and another day for their delivery day.
In practice the carpet was delivered to me in 2 days, after placing order.
Brandon was very good to deal with and the in house driver was very helpful getting the carpet into the house.
