A great company that has a lot of nice lingerie materials. They have anything for bras, underwear, including a variety of lingerie patterns, and even swimwear and activewear. The staff was really nice and helpful whenever I had questions about their products. It is really easy to get everything you need to make undergarments, especially with their kits, and their beautiful selection of laces can spark your imagination.

I started making bra's thanks to B,Wear and the weekend class of make your own bra. Now i'm addicted and the superb service and customer care is making my bra drawer filled! I wish I could buy everything I like but that's impossible, I can't use that many! You really can find all you want in their shop!

Igår sa min osteopat till mig att jag aldrig under de sista 2 åren har varit så bra i ryggen som nu. Skillnaden? 2 veckors användning av egensydda bhar. Förr fick jag panik efter 2 minuter med köpta bhar men nu är hela dagar inga problem. Att Bodil har anpassat mönstret efter mig och min kropp, mina behov har gjort enorm skillnad för mig. Att de 2 kurser som jag har gått även gett mig en stor självförtroende boost och så mycket glädje är bara ett plus! Webshopen och servicen är fantastisk och dessutom är utbudet oslagbart. Jag har varit kund hos B,wear under några års tid och har gått sammanlagt 3 kurser.
På kurserna så är Bodil en otroligt kunnig lärare. Hon hjälper till att hitta perfekt storlek på behån och om det behövs göras några justeringar har hon en grym känsla för exakt var och hur mycket det ska tas bort eller läggas till för att passformen ska bli perfekt.
Om man är nybörjare rekommenderar jag att gå en kurs för att få en kickstart. Behå-sömnad kan vara lite överväldigande i början med både passform och pillig sömnad.
Hennes egenproducerade mönster (som hon använder på kurserna) är fantastiska. Det är lätt att få till en bra passform och de är både snygga och ger bra stöd och form.
Utbudet i webshoppen är brett, allting man kan tänkas att behöva finns här - både som färdiga materialsatser eller som enskilda artiklar om man vill plocka ihop själv. Det är lätt att förvilla sig i avdelningen med spetsar - utbudet är enormt!
Jag rekommenderar varmt B,wear, både kurserna och webshoppen.

Det absolut värsta jag någonsin varit med om i kundbemötande. Förutom att jag blivit lurad på 2 varor där bwear påstår att återbetalning blivit gjord fast att jag aldrig mottagit någon återbetalning så är dom extremt otrevliga och väldigt arga i all kommunikation. Fast att det är dom som missat att skicka med varorna vilket också står på följesedeln så vägrar dom att göra rätt för sig. Jag handlar nästan allt på nätet och jag har aldrig blivit bemött av påhopp efter ett enkelt mejl om att saker i beställningen saknades.

Jag har orderbekräftelsen samt mejlkonversationen från Bwear, hade det gått att lägga upp skärmdumpar här så hade jag gjort det.

Såhär svarar Bwear på att jag varken mottagit mejlet dom påstår att dom skickat eller någon återbetalning som dom också påstår att dom gjort.
"Synd att du inte hittar vårt mail eller återbetalningen, och tyvärr har vi inte insyn i vad som händer efter att vi skickat ett mail."

Jag har idag fortfarande inte fått någon återbetalning och Bwear hävdar att dom gjort 2 återbetalningar men vill inte skicka något underlag på detta.

This is the second time I ordered from B,Wear. Both experiences were great.

The first time I ordered two kits they curated for a specific pattern company. Those kits were great. No fuss about sizes, just a one size will fit all kit. There was so much fabric that I (and I'm a size EU50/UK24 so not exactly small) could make two garments with one kit.

This time I ordered two seperate kits for bra making (the Pink Ribbon and Midnight Bloom kits).
I noticed that both kits came with 3x3 hooks, whiIe prefer 4x3. One only had 15mm or smaller rings and sliders while I prefer 18mm. I added a comment in the order form and was contacted within a day to make the requested changes. I was advised about color differences and in the end got the order exacly as I wanted it, at no additional cost. Wonderful service.

Great company and service. I have placed a few orders recently and all have been shipped to Ireland in a timely manner. The bra making materials I ordered have been of very good quality. On one of my orders I added a little information on what to do if the item was out of stock and the owner gave a substitute based on my information that was a very good choice.

Never received the order and Consistently Rude Customer Service.

1. I didn't receive my order!

2. Placed an order on the 6th May 2021 and it is now the 14th Jun 2021. Still, no order received.

3. I contacted the company they are constantly unprofessional communication and continuous rude responses to customer enquiries with a long email.

4. I made a mistake paying with my business debit card instead of my Paypal business card. It's more stressful to do the process to get a refund.

I wouldn't recommend this company.
At this point, I don't even want any communication with this company.

I have never had to wait over a month to received my order not even during the pandemic and now with Brexit.

Very extensive selection of bra making supplies. Especially the elastics are available in a huge amounts of widths, colours and stretch percentages!
The order took 1-2 weeks to arrive from Sweden to Belgium, so not long, but keep that in mind if you're ordering from abroad. Three items from my (albeit large) order were missing, and Angelica gave me the option to have the missing items shipped to me, or a refund for these items. I preferred the refund, and I got the money back just fine (a week after I had requested the refund, though my bank didn't show it until 2 weeks after, so that's probably an issue on my end), so excellent service! Very approachable, good materials. I don't mind waiting.
