Never thought I would say this, I like to sew bras!
One course with Bodil and I'm hooked.
Complete fan of Bodil's wear, kit, online store, courses and most recently, The Great Bra Sewing bees online instruction. I'm in love. Highly recommended.

Bwears mystery box arrived in U.K. two weeks after payment. What a brilliant mysterybox this time. Upon opening the box I was greeting with a beautiful red sealed with a gold heart. I realise someone has taken the time and effort to package this with love. I am enthusiastic about using my mystery box that arrived. I only hope. Bwear is a company I continue to use.i love their products

Att lära mig sy underkläder är något av det roligaste jag har gjort, och det är tack vare B-wear och Bodil. Min första kontakt med företaget var när jag skulle sy badkläder åt barnen. Jag letade runt efter lämplig resår och foder på massor av ställen utan att lyckas lista ut vad jag behövde. På B-wear var det klart och tydligt vad som passade till bad och dessutom information om att det klarade både salt och klor (dessutom är Flipar resåren den absolut enklaste att sy i jag har provat).

Min andra kontakt med företaget var när jag bestämde mig för att gå en kurs i BH sömnad med Bodil. Det var bland det roligaste jag har gjort och jag kommer aldrig att köpa en BH igen. Bodil är en outtömlig källa till kunskap och hennes öga för vilka justeringar som behövs är fenomenalt! Jag älskar dessutom Bwears egna mönster och hjälpen man får om man stöter på problem är fantastisk.

Gillar man spets finns det inte många som slår Bwear. Det finns alla möjliga sorters spetsar och material, både till underkläder och så mycket annat. Det här är mitt absoluta favoritställe att ”slösurfa” och drömma om framtida projekt.

Så för att sammanfatta det hela; fantastiskt utbud, material med underbar kvalitet och fantastisk personal och service!

I couldn't find what I was looking for in Germany and turned to B,Wear to help me with materials for my next swimsuit. Unfortunately, the German post office was apparently against the idea and didn't deliver my package TWICE, sending it back to Sweden instead. Bodil was very understanding and worked with me to find a solution. It took forever--which was in no way her fault--but in the end I got my goods and feel good about the transaction! Can't wait to get started on my next project!

Är man intresserad av att sy i spetsar och göra sina egna underkläder så är detta företag det enda alternativet. Bwear har ett fantastisk utbud. Servicen man får som kund är helt outstanding. Inga problem att mejla. Man får svar på det man ber om och lite till. Mycket trevlig bemötande och hjälpsamma. Jag rekommenderar varmt att handla på bwear.se och gå hennes kurser. Då företaget besitter en gedigen kunskap.

This is the most amazing small shop when it comes to lingerie-making! They have absolutely everything you need, the most wonderful laces, trims, fabric, corset accessories, bands, elastics, and all kinds of other things you need! AND everything has stunning quality that even survives being washed wrongly,and several years of use! :)
To top it all of, the service is always top notch!👌 Always looking for solutions if there's a misunderstanding or some mistake.

Their classes is a story of it's own! I've taken several classes at B,wear's, and you always feel welcome! Bodil knows just about everything you need to about lingerie, and she's there with her warmth, ready to guide you through all of your mistakes to make sure that you get an amazing result 👌👌

The mystery box is such a fun thing!! You get a box of things you might not usually have chosen,and your creativity is put on a test,and there are so many possibilities that I would have missed had I not had a subscription!

I have nothing but excellence with regards to Bwear. I have ordered multiple times and each time I have received my package when I was expecting it. I thoroughly read the company terms and conditions about parcel delivery. If there was any concerns I have always found the customer service to be exemplary and very courteous. The fabric is superior quality and the choice of fabric is amazing. I can understand how popular Bwear is because of the quality of everything is outstanding. I can't praise Bwear enough, it really is outstanding.

The quality of the items is good, but order only if you are not in a hurry and only if you have nerves of steel.

The processing time is 2-10 workdays, in reality it means 2-3 weeks.
I recieved no information about payment, order itself or tracking number even tho I payed for it.

I must go trough long, tiring and unprofessional communication just to get information when and if my order was shipped because I didnt recieved automatically generated email about shipment of the order and they were unable co check it.

Few of my emails was missed and the replies took forever.

I must go through it again when I want my tracking number I payed for. They said me that the shipping company didnt provide that but they take my money for that. Then they send me my tracking number. So I really dont understand it. And the shipping cost I was charged was crazy (17e).

My single order get returned twice and lost once. At least they told me so.

My order was splitted and I have never been informed about this situation in advance. There was just hardly to read note in the package.

The second part has never arrived. All it took three months, at least I get refunded the missing items.

Things can happen, but not this. Never again. Do not recommend at all.

I made two orders, because I thought it was an accident during the first one but no, the second was even worse.

Jag har 2gånger beställt något, fick alltid påminna efter 2 veckor. Hon svarade med dåliga ursäkter, ibland tar det över en vecka tills man får svar på ett mail. Just nu väntar jag på återbetalning för en produkt som var slutsåld och som jag beställde för en månad sedan.
Hennes produkter är ok men leveransen och kundkontakt fungerar inte.

Såååå bra kurs!

Jag såg fram mot att få lära mig att sy en bh anpassad efter mig och ingen standariserad. Jag fick det och mycket mer under helgen. Bodil och hennes man gjorde kursen och shoppingen efteråt till en dröm som blev sann.
Ska du gå en kurs inom sömnad någon gång så gå den här!

I love the excellent quality products, fast service and friendly, personable rapport. I live in Canada but I can get orders faster from Bwear than from within my country. I feel Bodil really cares about her customers and goes the extra to ensure satisfaction. Only wish I could shop in person and look forward to subscribing to the mystery boxes one day🥰.

I feel as if I am reading the wrong person/companies reviews when I read what some other people have written about b,wear here. I can’t believe it is the same person that I know well of which they are speaking. For anyone else reading these reviews please take the comments lightly and try the company for yourself, drawing your own conclusions only then.
I have always found Bodils service to be of complete excellence in every way. Bodil single handed runs an extremely popular and busy company. She receives the orders, prepares invoices and packing slips, cuts the elastic, lace, fabric or whatever by herself..and packs them beautifully, with no help and I have witnessed personally her working from 7am to 12mn every weekday except public holidays in order to achieve excellence! Bodil strives to answer queries as they come in, but clearly cannot work miracles with the postal service, if she could she would I’m sure of it. Unrealistic expectations from some customers who expect international delivery within a week from the date of order do nothing to help especially when they base their reviews on matters outside of Bodils control.
The quality of the lace and other supplies is the best there is and the prices attached are very reasonable. The variety of choice that Bodil stocks is massive and she works tirelessly to obtain anything that is requested of her.
I have NEVER had any issues with b,wear in the years I have shopped there, with my orders , or the time deliveries take, or Bodils excellent communication.
The classes are exemplary, Bodils teaching patient and thorough.
I cannot praise her highly enough.

Appalling & consistently Rude Customer Service
1. Bwear's consistent rude responses to customer enquiries .
2.No shipping confirmation .Order loaded May 26. No shipping details received until customer follows up again -June 12.
3. Bwear's appalling email "etiquette".
Brazen responses to customer with "respect our business hours" & " what contact is needed" using exclamation marks when customer makes enquiries for order's communication lapses.
4.Deflecting responsibility for lack of shipping confirmation. Repeating that their shipper owns the responsibilty of updating Bwear's customers not Bwear.
5. No order mgmt controls -No checks performed , unaware if order had not received shipping confirmation for elapsed days.
3.Totally Unprofessional - no customer relationship management or fundamental etiquette -directed customer to shop elsewhere.
4 .Did not demonstrate sincerity in quickly resolving an overdue shipping confirmation. Instead chose to tell customer that they are not in control of service lapses when their shipper doesn't provide Bwear's customers' with shipping confirmation details timely. Shipper made to own Bwear's customer satisfaction not Bwear itself.
4.Website has No order history or tracking function - customers only option of commumication is via email with this company.

Placed order on May 26th but didn’t receive any notification of shipment so I made an enquiry as I had read positive reviews that other customers had their order shipments sent out fairly quickly.
Received a shockingly curt response from the company to “respect their business hours” -that didn’t sound customer centric at all.

Har gått fem kurser och fått lära mig otroligt mycket. Bodil är en lärare som bjuder på sig själv och delar med sig många tips och trix.
Dessa helger på kurs i HANINGE där jag träffat kvinnor som har samma intresse har givit mycket. Den goda maten skall Lillebror ha beröm för.
Kan varmt rekommendera B,Wear och Bodil som lärare

gjorde en beställning den 24 oktober och fick veta på e-posten att dom har skickats den 1 november, fortfarande ingenting, ville inte heller tala om kolliid numret utan mejlade på e-posten om annat, betalade måste man göra på PayPal och det gjorde jag den 29 oktober, otrevlig på sms när jag försöker ringa på telefonnumret som står på sidan, svarar inte, utan efter flera ggr jag försökt komma fram på telefon för att få kolliid numret skriver hon på min mobil och säger att jag inte ska hålla på och ringa???????????? vad säger det om den personen, jag skrev då att jag vill ha mina pengar tillbaka men hon svarar inte nu, och jag vet att hon helt enkelt struntar i mig och min beställning, vill varna flera för henne, hon skickar ingenting, men betalt tar hon
