The delivery from Sweden to Germany might take longer than her competitors here, but I know that if I have questions related to her business and to my sewing goals, I can ask them.

har købt hvidt bomuld med 5% spandex. Det er en elendig kvalitet (vævningen af stoffet har rigtig mange ender/knuder, og derfor meget ujævnt) som jeg slet ikke vil sy noget af - og temmelig dyrt. Desuden fik jeg ikke en faktura, da jeg bestilte - og heller ikke da jeg modtog varen. Kun en følgeseddel uden priser.

Order placed on Wednesday, Sept 13, shipped the following day, and received in the southwest of France on Monday, Sept 18. Excellent customer service, as usual.

I've purchased multiple items online and they all arrived quickly in excellent condition. The quality of the sewing patterns and bra making and swimwear making supplies is superb. My complaint is the unexistent customer service. I had difficulty determining my swimsuit cups size, which oddly, based on the online size chart, was different from the bra cup size. I placed my order anyway. The bra cups sizing proved true to measure. Unfortunately the swim cups were huge! I emailed bwear twice for sizing advice and return directions, but I never got a response. I was left with an unusable 8.25 euros value product and still clueless regarding my size, so I never sewed my swimsuit. Very disappointing :(
Update: After posting my review, I got an immediate response from the company and was finally able to exchange the wrong size with another pair of foamcups. Problem solved!

Excellent service, quick to answer questions. Outstanding quality of products. Prices are a bit higher than at some other online shops, but looking at the amount of work that lingerie-making is, it is much better to have outstanding materials, so that the product you end up with can be used so much longer. The duoplex especially is the perfect fabric for bra-cups and the powernet is strong enough to give good support without extra lining. Strongly recommended
