If only I had read the reviews first! Ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th January and haven’t heard a thing since. I’ve sent 6 emails with no response after the first generic one saying they’ll look into it. Don’t even bother ringing the phone number as it’s only a recording to send a bloody email! Listed as Australian…..NO THEY ARE NOT.
So pi..ed off atm.

I accidentally ordered twice and realised within the hour of the second order. I tried phoning them on an 02 number, presumably Sydney, but noone answers the phone, message said to email, which I did repeatedly. Their returns policy below,
Cancellation/Change of Order: If you wish to cancel/change your order, you have 12 hours to do so. You must contact us immediately by email or through the contact page if you wish to cancel your order. After 12 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order as it has already been shipped...
When about 3 days later I was sent shipping notification I forwarded the sent multiple emails, to which I received a reply that the team were working on my request. They still sent the order and sent a size i did not order. That started on 16th December. Now at January 23 I am up to 14 email requests.
Their greedy grab for money and complete refusal to adhere to their own policy for returns is illegal not to mention immoral! I hope they choke on that money.

What a joke this company is. Got the shoes and no shoe laces in them to start with. The smell of plastic from the shoes is so strong. They are in uncomfortable. When I asked to return these and get a refund I was told I couldn’t as I brought them on sale. All their products on the website are on sale. Stay away from this company they are ripping people off.

What a scam. Emailed them so many times but nothing. Phone no has been disconnected. Afterpay won’t help. No response from them whatsoever. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. EVER. NOT AUSTRALIAN AT ALL. 🤬🤬🤬

Facebook is swamped with these lying Chinese companies fleecing unaware Australian customers of their money and meta does nothing about it. Has happened to me too.

I totally agree with other reviews. Absolute rubbish shoes. You would expect to buy on the streets of BALI for $3. Falsely advertised as leather. I bought a pair of black sandals, they came with white Velcro, no size marking except for the cheap plastic bag they came in. Is anybody willing to join me to complain to the ACCC.

I am still waiting for a response from them after at least 30+ emails and messages. They flatly refuse to answer. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs. At this point, it’s not the money, but blatant lies from them.
“Australian owned”, um. No. No ABN either
“Exclusive design”. Then why does Temu have them?
“Shipped from Australia” . Another lie.
Just don’t know what to do from here.

No receipt or email documentation. No idea how to find out why.

Don't buy from this company, the shoes are absolute rubbish. Plastic moulded bottoms, no orthopedic at all. They smell so bad they are giving me a headache. Not Australian Made at all. Please beware and don't buy from the. Supposed to be half price at AUD$54 what a joke. Come in spinner..... disgusting

I thought this was an Australian Company...SUCKED IN..crappy glued rubbish shoes.

Take ages to come, they look nothing like the photo, they are rubbish. When asked for a refund told no refund on sale items. They are over priced. They claim arch support but there was none only a piece of fabric cut to the shape. They don't answer emails properly. Stay away from this company!

If I could give 10 negative stars for this Chinese company I would. I ordered shoes for my aunt on 5/10/24, I still have not received it as it was sent by Aramex another useless Chinese company. Delivery times stated on their web page 3 days from purchase I have been waiting 3 weeks! The replies to my emails were robot replies, the same thing over and over. Do not buy from By Lunas Australia they are a scam company and will not refund my purchase money! Why the Australian govt let these scammers operate in Australia and blatantly rip people off is so wrong!

What scamming mongrels, my sandals took months to arrive, definitely thought I had lost my money and when my 'Orthopaedic Sandals' (NOT!) arrived, they were rubbish plastic moulded crap, weighing 195gm, they resemble barbie doll shoe quality, no branding, nothing at all apart from 39 stamped on the sole, plus they wreak of a dusgusting cheap plastic stench. DO NOT Purchase from - 'BY LUNAS AUSTRALIA'

Scam Company. Worst company I've ever dealt with Took weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong size and not orthopaedic as advertised and now they say can't get a refund because the shoes were on sale which is irrelevant as if they sent the right size I wouldn't need a refund.
Have an email thread a mile long while they try to justify not giving me my money back. Said they'd send another pair if I paid postage (no), then asked me to measure the shoe and send a pic so they have a look at the size of the shoe (haha). Have reported to ACCC, e-consumer, Facebook, paypal.

Not Australian!!! They are cheap rubbish from china, do not waste your money

Worst customer service ever. Like below no items delivered, 100 of emails of excuses. I’ve been waiting for 3 months 😡 and they keep sending me promotional emails, like seriously 😒
I will be reporting them to NSW Fair Trading who also provide support and deal with complaints regarding consumer goods and services.

Do not buy from this company, ordered in March 2024, 100s of emails I have sent with same excuses of product delayed, still looking into the delay. Was told I was refunded as at 11/8/24, numerous emails sent, requesting remittances of payment, still nothing, As of today they have now said as below email.

Wouldn’t ever buy from them again the shoes were of very poor quality.
They came squashed and with marks on them, when I asked for a refund I was told they would not give me a refund but I could pick something from there website so I’m stuck with shoes I would not wear .
Never again I will buy off them !!!!!!!
