Initial experience unsatisfactory. I'll wait to get more experience with the company before posting a review.

It was easy to follow. Not hard to set up

Savi informs me of change and I have more communication with Savi. Prior to 2017 I had no luck with PSLF, with the communication with SAVI I was able to update my status and comes to terms with my parent plus loan.

i wasn't able to message an associate--i have a few /s that will have to wait a few days--weak service for 90 bucks

Having someone take over and start the confusing ans scary process of Student loan forgiveness.

It was easy to use but still working on understanding some of the information provided. The keys attach to loan types and other text boxes were helpful.

You have made this very easy to get back on track! Thank you! Getting set up with my spouses information was kind of frustrating, but it worked out. I am still going through the process but so far not disappointed.

I find SAVI's web interface to be sorely inadequate. It leaves much to be desired in terms of navigation and is full of user friction points. I cannot find what I'm looking for and when asking for support via email or webform, SAVI does not respond in a timely manner or with a direct answer to my question. I am unimpressed.

Gave me the assurance without the headaches that I am properly filed and recorded for my repayment plan.

The savi team was great in supporting me with my student loans and forgiveness. Having a team of knowledgeable people supporting you through tough times and and navigating loan forgiveness was so helpful. Having the savi team during COVID was so important to myself and my family.

I loved that I had access and help for my loans.

I am always pleased with Savi support! They got back to me in a timely manner.

After contacting Team Savi, and giving me suggestions on what to tell my lender, they are. finally working to get my loan forgiven.

Although I have not yet had the opportunity to work with a consultant, I am still writing this review due to the lack of communication and assistance from Savi. I met a rep in person, set up a calendly appointment, then rescheduled four times. The 3rd appointment the consultant messaged me within the hour prior to cancel. I rescheduled the following week and sat in the zoom room for 15 minutes (of a 30 minute slot) and they were a no show. I texted and have not heard a word from that individual since!
I also reached out to one of the co-owners and requested assistance in connecting with a different consultant. He said to email him. I did. No response.
Sounds like a good company to help advise about student loans but unfortunately, I am not going to pursue this route any further. I’m seeking them out when they should be following up with me.

I don't know where I am in the process of PSLF. I need some communication.
