I loved all the pieces that I received. The colors were very pretty and well designed. Loved everything so much is wanted to get more. The only thing is that the discount code they gave me for my next purchase was invalid. Other than that love the pieces so far.

I love the pieces that came! I purchased them for my sisters and mom to give as holiday gifts and I am so excited for them to see it. They truly are gorgeous!!!

If i could choose to give no ratings i would definitely choose that, the items shown on the online website are completely false, different to what is delivered. Very very cheap products that aren’t resell able, not even close to what was intended to purchase.
The delivery took 5 weeks. And i thought yes finally until i opened it and received a watch that had gedi written on it, was very small and had been attached with a loose strap.
When requesting for a full refund the customer service email i contacted have said there is no order number like that on our system even when i sent clear screenshots showing thats what they had sent me, haven't got no refund, they wont supply me a returns address when asked several times and I’m left out of pocket of £97.
I wish i looked at the reviews as on facebook many people have had the same experience, this website is a scam, and the owner ought to be ashamed promising women he understands what we want to be and what we want to wear.

I’m disappointed with my experience with Caducci. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times about the watches I received and provided photos, but my concerns still haven’t been resolved.

The watch faces I received are marked “BS Bee Sisters” and “GEDI”, rather than Caducci. I also asked for clarification about whether the watches are actually gold plated, but I have not received a clear answer.

My original concerns are still unresolved. I hope Caducci will address this and provide a reasonable solution.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Caducci.
I ordered three vintage watches and was genuinely excited to receive them. I was also happy to see that Caducci included a free gift with my purchase. However, when my package arrived, the only thing inside was the free gift — all three watches I ordered and paid for were missing.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the entire order is showing as “delivered,” even though I did NOT receive the items I actually purchased. I contacted Caducci immediately by email to report the issue, but I have yet to receive a resolution.

This is incredibly disappointing. I paid for three watches and received none of them. A free gift does not make up for missing merchandise, and I should not have to chase a company to get the products I already paid for.

I sincerely hope Caducci steps up, responds to my emails, and makes this right by sending the three watches I ordered or otherwise providing a proper resolution. I was initially very happy with my purchase, but this experience has completely changed my impression of the company.

Caducci, please resolve this issue. I want the items I paid for.

0 stars if I could. Caducci sent me the wrong things with branding from a different company which all looked incredibly cheap, then made it impossible to return or give me a refund.

All my orders got here safely and were wrapped in protective gear so they wouldnt be damaged in transport. Everything looked just as i hoped and expected and are holding up great!

At first there was silence. But realizing that they are made when ordered and coming from Italy through customs made things clear. Sofia was thorough and resolved my shipping issue. Good experience. Wife loves the jewelry

I received my items and they were gorgeous. One watch did have an issue with the clasp. I emailed support with photos and Sofia responded right away and is sending a replacement. Great Service!

Caducci is a fake company. There is nothing italian about their products. Their website looks prestige but it’s all a scam. I ordered a bracelet which was quite expensive but when it arrived, it was nothing like in pictures. It arrived as if directly came from aliexpress or shein. Tbh even shein has better quality for that price. The packaging was horrendous, very poor presentation and the product itself. The links in the website were not working when i tried to do online refund. So i contacted customer service but they refused my refund request saying they dont accept it whereas nothing like that was mentioned during the purchase. Awful customer service, not helpful which makes sense as they are a scam. Please dont fall for it.

The website was amazing, the products are beautiful, and when I did have an issue with the clasp, I emailed their customer service and they responded so quickly! It was genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever had!

I emailed customer service on a week day between the hours of 8am and 5pm and got a response back in 10 minutes! Sofia was so nice and helpful. One of the pieces I ordered wasn’t operating properly. After sending a short video of the issue I was having, I quickly received a notification that a replacement order had been made at 0 charge to me. Will definitely order from Caducci again and will be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you!!

⚠️ Very disappointed with Caducci.

The watch and free bracelet look much cheaper and thinner than advertised. The watch doesn’t even have “Caducci” on it, and the back says “Made in China”. The package itself also came from China, which is very different from the impression given by the website.

Delivery was well past the expected timeframe, and customer service does not reply to my messages.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from Caducci.

The watch is beautiful looks really nice. I ordered it for a wedding hoping it would be here in time. Didn't think it would take so long to ship. But we'll worth the wait!

As someone who is allergic to fake metal I was excited to see that this watch was supposed to be hypoallergenic. However, after wearing it I broke out into a rash where the watch sits on my forearm, a tell tale allergic reaction I have always had to fake metals. It’s a shame because the watch is beautiful, but if you do have a nickel/metal allergy I wouldn’t buy this.

Products are very poorly made, nothing "italian" about it. Broke out in a rash from the watch and the ring was very poorly made nothing like the pictures. Customer service is 0/5 stars they do not work at all. They refused to send me a return label as they were supposed to- all jewlery was still in packaging. Had to call my credit card company because the service to amend the issue by sending a return label was not done after 2 weeks of contacting customer service- my issue was ignored. Just do not buy from this company, awful.

The jewelry is absolutely beautiful and well made. Green is my favorite color and also my birthstone is peridot, so the capri watch and paper clip bracelet goes perfectly with the stack I already wear daily. It is delicate and feminine and just matches my boho vibe. This was my "congratulations on your raise" gift I bought for myself.
