I’ve had the watch for 2 weeks now and it’s absolutely beautiful. I’ve had compliments, which I was not expecting - I mean, it’s a watch. I’ve never been a watch-person but something in me was really drawn to this. It’s become a staple in my wardrobe really quickly. The quality is lovely, it’s lightweight and not at all bothersome on my wrist. 10/10

I really love my watch. I have worn it every second of every day since receiving it (two weeks ago) and it’s been nothing but perfect. Truly waterproof from wearing it in the shower and the pool multiple times. The only downside side I have is the bracelet that came with my order, the clasp doesn’t stay closed very well and seems a little cheap. I would absolutely recommend this watch!

EDIT: After about 2 weeks of use, I’ve noticed the time does not keep up and I have to correct the time often. Will be contacting the company regarding this issue.

I absolutely love the watch! It is the perfect balance of functionality and style.

Don't waste your money.
I bought multiple watches, ring, braclet & a necklace. The necklace is faulty, chain links don't sit flat & have a hard kink in it. So, I've tried emailing both via their website & listed support email on their website. No replies, for weeks over many many different tries. I even tried their instagram & sent a DM.
So, they must be a scam.
Most watches don't come with the ability to resize, so I'll have to take them to the jewler. I don't know if it's real gold either because the braclet I've barely worn is already showing some kind of metal.

I never received my order. I contacted customer service and they told me that they were going to ship a replacement because I didn’t want the money back I wanted the watches and it’s been over a week and I haven’t received anything. The customer representative that was helping me stopped answering my emails. I bought 3 watches and that’s a lot of money for them to ignore my emails. My order was supposed to arrive June 18 it’s July 1st and nothing and they haven’t issued any refund either. Very disappointing!

When I reached out to the company about needing my order canceled due to discovering they are drop shipping and drastically raising the prices of products they are getting for extremely cheap, they still sent my order and refused to respond once I requested a refund instead of an exchange. I don’t need an exchange because it’s still drop shipping products and charging premiums that shouldn’t exist. I’m unfortunately having to dispute the charge with my bank since as of this review I haven’t heard back in 13 days from customer support regardless of my follow up emails.

Quality was awful, felt like Shein piece of rubbish. I have been trying to get in contact with them for almost a week to get a deserved refund, however they have not responded besides a Sofia saying she will soon. Do not buy from here.

my ring broke and sofia replied instantly to help me get a replacement. she was quick and efficient and truly made me experience a lot better

They don’t reply to emails and I never received my order after over a month of waiting. Have requested a refund through my bank.

The product review says 925 sterling silver whereas I received the product of stainless steel... fake website description and fraud

Do not order from this company!!

After placing my order I waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered.
Upon deliver all items were incorrectly sized and cheap quality.
When I contacted the company for a refund they informed me they do not offer refunds on any items on sale.
Ironically when I ordered all items on their website were on sale.
They offered me 15% off my next order instead of a £50 refund.

This company is a SCAM do not order from here!!!!

Order was delayed past 10 days, shipping information did not update past ‘Order Received.’ Caducci Support gives a delayed response or does not reply. I am asking for a refund/return and keep getting the same automated response

Conflicting and differing delivery dates, and failed to deliver within agreed timeframe. A breach of contract under Section 28 of the Consumer Right Act 2015. Thus I may, by law, treat the contract as terminated and request a full refund (which I doubt they will give me).

Do not order from this company. They are certainly dishonest, if not fraudulent.

I have emailed them, but, judging by the other reviews on here, I doubt they will reply.

To add to the suspicion surrounding this company, their legal agreements - Terms and Conditions, Policies - and ‘Our story’ section on their website is believed (after I ran it through an AI checker) to have been written wholly (97%) by AI.

It’s a scam. The jewellery isn’t Italian, the company’s reference is Romania. My jewellery didn’t arrive and they are unresponsive to any form of contact.

Do not order from this company. I purchased a watch online from them two weeks ago, they have not responded to my emails, appear to be a scam. I just reported a dispute on them to my credit card company, requesting reimbursement.
